Does anyone know of anywhere I could get a boot/shoe last for a packer style boot, if not packer any boot last recommendations

My Girlfriend wants a corduroy bomber jacket but it’s not something either of us have been able to find. Wanna surprise her and have been searching but it’s not something I’ve come across. Got this image from Brokeback mountain as a reference but that’s all I got. At this point I’d even alter a corduroy jacket to have the ribbing to make it a bomber but if anyone has any brands they know of I’d love any help. Thank you

Started on the left side and ended on the right, first pic is the underside and second was the top stitch. Why does it bunch up on the bottom side and sort of skip a stitch when I’m sewing?

I wanna Make some leather patches like these, and was wondering what would’ve been used/could be used to like inscribe lettering like this?

Girlfriend really likes these shirts with the knit make and I guess cuffed or elastic hems. Not too sure but this type of make. Any help is appreciated

RL doesn’t have these in stock in my country right now. Any recommendations for other places that may be from $50 to $150 price range?
