New with 11th and just played my first 1k game against csm. They had a squad of terminators with a forgesmith I think? Then a squad of chosen with Huron. They also brought plague marines, cultists, and marines.

He kept hiding in terrain, advancing, and grabbing objectives. I was always at a penalty to hit, he was rerolling saves, and applied a negative to my wound rolls. He just kept walking up the board and I couldn’t do anything about it, and ended up calling it at the start of turn 3 as I just had my thunderkyn and iron master, and they still had termies/chosen blob, I hadn’t killed a single unit.

This is so aggravating

I currently one have a 3 man(bull?) unit, but got another box and am debating what to turn em into. I like the idea of having one unit of each but iirc sentinels stink. Is that still true?

Title, new to home inspection and looking at adding radon to the tools. I know I can always purchase charcoal canisters in bulk, but what are some good reusable testing kit options, ideally they’d be in a home for 24-48 hours and would be able to export the data digitally

I can take out 5k against my existing 10k 401k, and the loan option is 35 bucks paid bi weekly. This is through fidelity. I’m planning on leaving my job in a couple weeks due to them demanding on site work(I live 180 miles round trip and this would not be possible) and could use the funds to kickstart a new career in a separate field. I’m wholly intending on getting a different job while I drum up business on the new career, but getting a kickstart on marketing/tools etc would be great. My question is that if I take out that 5k and quit my job, do I continue making the bi weekly payments, or would it count as an early withdrawal since I couldn’t pay it back in 30/60/90 days and be taxed, and if so how much should I set aside for the taxes on it?

Recently finished training through AHIT. Booked my exam for 5/29 and I'm back to work sun-weds full time. AHIT provides mock exams, and I subscribed to home inspector prep app, and am doing exams on my off day and about 50/100 questions in my breaks through the app. Any other things I could be doing, or any general tips for the exam?

What software is the most comfortable to use that offers scheduling, payments, agreements/signatures, and of course report writing and mobile integration?
