Talk me out of it

Good morning everyone.

I went to the local Mazda dealership yesterday to look at cx5s and cx50s. They ended up being slightly more expensive than I wanted to pay. The dealer then suggested I test out a cx30. The only model they have is a carbon edition and it looks really nice. It handles really well, but my main complaint is that the driver's area seems really small. My left knee hits the door panel where all the buttons are.

I would be trading in my older rav4 with around 100k miles. I can't decide if it's worth it to buy something new, or just fix up my rav4 and drive it until the wheels fall off

Any Good Real Estate Agent Recommendations

I'm looking to buy a house soon and just got pre-qualified for a mortgage. I am now ready to find a real estate agent and start home shopping.

I have a few specific things I am looking for. The first qualification is that I do not want to be attracted to the agent and have that influence my decision, so no attractive females, let's just say the agent will have to be male. Preferably also not attractive. Are there any average looking guys that sell houses? It seems like the field is dominated by attractive young women from what I can see.

I would also like to have some kind of reduced fee, or fixed cost from the agent. I would prefer paying a fixed cost, regardless of the final price of the house. This incentivises the agent to help me find a house, rather than trying to get me to spend the most money.

Last, I would require someone with patience. I suffer from mental health issues and can't handle being constantly hounded and pushed. I want to move at my own pace, and have the agent willing to take things slow. It could potentially take me like 3 years to find the right place, and I don't want the agent to try to get me to look at 5 houses every week.

Places to Rent in Rapid

I'm currently looking for a new place to live and I've run into a wall. I currently have a large dog and my credit isn't great. It looks like every rental I see has credit requirements and prohibits large dogs and smoking. The credit requirements are usually higher than what's required to get a mortgage, which I've been approved for.

I'm just looking for a place to live for a few years with my dog until I can afford to buy my own house. Anyone have recommendations?

I'm currently looking for the best way to save money on food. The major issue I run into, is that a lot of the best hacks require having access to certain equipment. I'm specifically looking for the cheapest foods that do not require having access to electricity, like needing to use a fridge/freezer or an oven and microwave.

I've eaten approximately 3000 peanut butter sandwiches in the past few years and it's starting to get old and more expensive than I would like. The food doesn't necessarily have to taste good, but it must provide enough carbs and protein at the bare minimum. Other vitamins would be a bonus. I suffer from severe oral allergies, which make me allergic to basically all raw fruits and vegetables, so those are all pretty much off the table.

I wish I could just buy a tube of paste that has enough nutrition for an entire day for less than $1/day. I was looking into a brand called plumpy nut, but I'm not sure how much more peanut I can tolerate. Sorry if this has been asked 100 times before. But does anyone have any good recommendations?
