Perception outlaw - bought it on amazon prime day.. have been out a cpl times so far. Noticeably slower than regular kayaks, but it's fun being the 'barge'.

S7E7 - "High Voltage" - basically a compilation of past seasons

We're getting to the point of compilations from previous seasons/episodes. When blind frog ranch is outdoing you on creativeness, there's a problem.

Brisket (wildfork) on the 26" kettle tonight

It just got into the 160s, added some charcoal a little bit ago.. started it off with JD briquettes and some oak/cherry chunks - consistantly 250-275F. I'm going to let it set a little more, then maybe in an hour or so wrap it. Just did SPG for the rub.

My daughters bought this for me for Father's day and they're here this weekend.. planning to finish it out, put it in the warming oven for most of tomorrow, then have it for dinner tomorrow (sat) night.

There's been a couple jackasses causing trouble on a local repeater

It drove me to buy that KrakenSDR .. I know ppl have used it obv, but looking for some feedback on that setup.

I just set up a repeater for the central/upper Bucks County (PA) area

I was using two KG-1000g+ radios in repeater mode, but thinking they were desensing each other. This BTECH is a beast. Small Bluetti for power outages.

No one's really on it currently so it's hard to figure out coverage, but I'm thinking about 10mi depending on hills and such with my 35ish ft antenna height.

If you're in the area, look for Plumsteadville 575 on mygmrs!

Better callsign search

Created this so I could look up callsigns easier since the fcc site isn't always working. You can also use a wildcard like `wry*344` if you're not sure what the person's callsign was you were talking to.. there's also a lot of fun data about gmrs licenses (how many per day, etc..). Dropped the 'actual' addresses and left just city/state.

Edit: Updated with fcc data at noon EDT each day
Edit2: or, search your local town/city .. or click "near me"
