I played the beta now for 2 hours and these are the things i like and disliked about the beta

The Bad Things

The UI: i think the UI is very convoluted, the color scheme of the buttons is not intuitive and i got some problems sometimes to close a window when i got to search the „x“ button

Fighter Images: the new artstyle looks very AI, i played WMMA5 always with the default database because my potatoe laptop can’t handle mods, and i think most of the fighters are looking too generic

Good idea but with flaws

The Venue Booking: Venue booking is what i wished for but its a Little bit half assed, i don’t understand why you got venues with names and the generic City Names, in California as an example you got Stadiums/arenas with names and the City Los Angeles and Stockton with the same size in seating, i will probably ignore the venues that are just citys in the Future

The Good

Simulation time: Game runs fast even on my potatoe Laptop, i hope this helds up, in WMMA5 my saves becomes noticably slower After 5-8 years

Booking assistance: the booking assistance makes it so much easier to make a fight card, i plan the Main card put the prospects i want to build up in the prelims and the rest of the prelims get filled out by the assistant

Ranking to 100: The Company/World/P4P Ranking to 100 make it so much easier to see where fighters stand in your Rankings or which fighters are making sense as signings

Create Child Company: no more fucking around with XCC/KDM in the settings until they are ready to get bought up, just setup your own Child Company

Rulesetting: there are so many options to make your ruleset, if you want to you can even have a KOTS style ruleset where everything is allowed without gloves

All in all i‘m very optimistic about the Game, the things i disliked are only visuals you can probably get used to or change in the Future with mods

Ja weil was soll man denn jetzt machen?

Everyone knows the scenario, you are right before the free agency and you need to dump salary to sign a FA, you go to the trading block but every offer you get is either for the same salary value or even higher

Or you start the season and you have like 5 or 6 players over the roster limit, you want to trade away 5-7 players but you get only offers for the same amount of players

The trading block should give you options to search explicit for trading partners to dump players/salary
