Keep Evolving [ENHANCED](TRT)

Had to repost due to moderators taking down post due to not having enhanced in the title.

Pictures are from where I began 7 years ago to where I am today.

My overall goal after getting clean was simply to just live a healthier life. Eat cleaner, sleep better, get more movement in. Starting out at 260+ 7 years ago my goal was to drop 100 pounds. Mission accomplished in a little over a year. Next goal was for a body recomp. Get leaner, gain a little muscle. Mission accomplished. Now what? Maintain and learn how to sustain my physique by not killing myself in the gym or by constantly “dieting”. I experimented with a couple different methods of eating and the one that stuck was eating primarily whole foods- 90% of the time. 10% of the time I would save for special occasions like date night or ice cream with the family etc. I wasn’t training for a show, so why force myself to eat that way. Now I’m primarily working on building mass, and after that I’ll maintain and reevaluate my goal. I’ve been toying around with the thought of training next year to reach the 1000lb club. Or possibly attempting for bodybuilding competition in May.

Yes I am on TRT for the last 2 years. My dose puts me a healthy, average range, whereas before I was well below average.

Just wanted to post that progress isn’t linear and finding what works for you takes time. As long as you are open minded to exploring and experimenting what works for YOU, you will succeed.

Consistency will always pave the road to success.

Never Say Never

7 years of prioritizing my health and showing up for myself. 95% whole food based diet. Training at least 2-3 times per week. Pushing 2 out 3 sets to failure. Taking the steps instead of the elevator or escalator. The discipline and mental fortitude I achieved along the way has bled into my daily life. Because of that I am a better husband, father, and person. Showing up for myself allows me to show up for others. My journey has shown me that it’s not about lifting weights and eating healthy. It’s about learning discipline, better ethics, pushing past your limits, doing something even when you really do not want to, and not caving in to instant gratification from any source(alcohol, drugs, porn, fast food).

It’s never too late to start your journey

2 Months into Peps. Progression pics from last few years.

For the past 7 years I have had my nutrition and training dialed in. 95% whole food based diet, training to failure, progressive overload, high protein diet, all the fun stuff. I just started peps 2 months ago. I’m interested in seeing what sort of results I can expect. My energy has gotten significantly better with Mots-C and 5amino. I am feeling the appetite suppression from Reta, which allows me to eat exactly what I need to for the day, nutrition has never been an issue but this is pretty cool. Cjc/IPA - too soon to tell, I expect visible results 6 months down the line, although sleep has improved. I’ve been on TRT for 2 years, which keeps me in a healthy range. I will say I have felt a noticeable difference in my anxiety and depression with the Selank. I feel as if social situations are more tolerable and I am not trying to avoid people or crowds or even conversations as much anymore. Which is amazing because this is the one that really made me take the plunge. Needless to say IMO I think it is very important to have training and nutrition dialed in before starting peps in order to maximize results.

I Took the Peptide Plunge

It is important to note that before taking any peptides I have been working out consistently for the past 7 years.(At least 2-3 days a week, except for vaccinations and when I’m ill) My nutrition has also been dialed in for just as long.(95% whole food)
My journey started off by losing 100lbs and I currently run sustainable a program that fits into my everyday life.

It is also important to note that I’ve only been taking peps for 2 months. TRT for 2 years.

My back was by far the hardest 30+ hours I’ve ever had to sit through. The inside of my calf and shin was terrible as well, so much so that I’ve been hesitant to go back for the final session to add in the white 🫣.
