The Flying Fortress

Its crazy to me how large these ships are in this game. I wish we had more ways to truly interact with that sense of scale.

But then again, maybe not. If we got used to the size maybe the ships would lose just that little bit of magic that makes me sit and stare at it in camera mode every once and awhile.

Frog win! First 6 player game with Homeland.

This was the first time in root that geography has had such an impact. For the whole game the river split the board, the frogs are a force.

The knaves were surprisingly strong; I love their episodic-puzzle playstyle. Very reactive.

Next game I play I hope to try the bats in full, I feel like they are the last faction playstyle I've yet to fully understand.

Virpil VMax finally got here!

Im really enjoying it! Its suuuper comfortable to grip, and all of the button are placed sensibly. So worth the upgrade.

If you were ever curious about it.

At Todd "The Blasters" base, you can find some out of commission ships lying around. Idk why they didnt use final models for them, but you can see anacondas with their bridges in the original spots at the forward bow of the ship. The topside bridge also has the copilot chairs at an angle, which i dont think the case in the flyable versions.

I also thought the T9 with the rock on its face was funny.
