Does it seem too good to be true?

Ok so i’m looking for used Xbox Series X or PS5 here in Hail city. I looked it up on Dubizzle Saudia app and got my eyes on this seller. He seems not a scammer as I talked to him but the price is extremely good. Im unaware of the prices of these used console so let me know if this price looks definitely a scam.

Has anyone tried doing jogging, swimming and gym simultaneously?

18M. I have 3 months of summer break and my aim is to get lean and reduce my skinny fat.

So I have access to all three of them, and I was wondering if anyone has ever tried managing all three simultaneously without running into any issues

Why no-one is willing to give internships to 1st year CS students?

I have applied to every internship i have found, went to the job fair as well and passed the interviews but in the end I end up getting rejected after revealing my semester.

I really need to do some productive work in this summer😭

How can I make the most of my 2-month summer break while maintaining mental peace?

I’m an 18-year-old Data Science student currently in my 2nd semester at a well reputed university in Lahore. At the moment, I only know the concepts of OOP in C++ along with the basics of HTML and CSS.

I really want to make the most out of my summer vacations and build valuable skills, but I’m honestly confused about where to begin or whether I should start looking for internships as well.

Initially, I planned to focus on SQL and DSA since they are directly related to my field. However, these subjects will also be covered in my upcoming semesters, so I keep wondering if studying them right now would just mean learning the same things twice.

On the other hand, some of my seniors are doing quite well in the UI/UX field despite being completely self taught. That makes me consider exploring UI/UX too, although it doesn’t align much with Data Science.

I'd really appreciate any suggestions or personal experiences from seniors. Also, if anyone wants to connect and learn skills together during these vacations, I'm up for it.

Thanks.

At the same time, some of my seniors are earning quite well through freelancing in fields like UI/UX despite being self taught, which makes me wonder if I should explore skills that can help me start earning earlier as well.

I’d really appreciate suggestions or personal experiences from seniors regarding freelancing, skill building, or what path would be better at this stage.

Thanks.

So I have been learning swimming for nearly 2 weeks in my nearby sports complex. I watched couple of videos learning the appropriate styles and have been practicing it alot. But yesterday I was on my routine practice swimming from one end to the other, and decided to practice it in the deep (nearly 7ft) as I have been there several times and no issue with me at all.

As soon as I pushed off and started to glide, my goggles came off and my eyes shut. Couldn't open my eyes. Still, I didn’t think it was a big issue, so I came up and tried to turn back. I started swimming toward what I thought was the right direction, but when I felt like I should have reached the end by then, I surfaced, and to my despair, I had been swimming the wrong way! I was right in the middle of the deep.

By that point, I was completely out of breath and started panicking. I couldn’t swim properly in any direction and felt totally exhausted. Shouted but noone came. I just kept trying to swim with whatever strength I had left. It honestly felt like I wasn’t going to make it. Somehow, I managed to reach the edge, but my heart was racing like crazy and I felt completely drained. It felt that my brain was about to explode.

I sat on a chair for about 30 minutes with my head down because my heart was beating so fast and all my energy was gone. I can’t even explain how I felt at that moment.
The chlorinated water had gone inside me, and I had to vomit a lot before I started feeling better.

It was honestly a nightmare for me, but I still want to keep practicing just going to avoid the deep end for now.
