Treats

Hi! I moved out of state last year and I miss some PA snacks (specifically fresh Twix and Crab chips)

Our candy is stale here and we need our fix!!

Would anyone be interested in a CO - PA treat exchange? 🙏

PA has the best chips and pretzels too. No competition.

Sorry, little tired today and updating this post. :)

Supportive Mental health resources.

Hi all,

I'm embarrassed to post this but I'm out of options.. I'm still deciding if I want to stay or be erased.

Looking for group support or possibly inpatient at this point.

Colorado is beautiful

38M looking for fun exchanges

Looking for lighthearted exchanges. Id like to see some of the beauty in the world bc I don't have a lot in mine right now. Trying to stay on this 🌎

Postcards and fun things (photos/cool rocks, leaves...) are welcomed.

Prefer male but open

Post EMDR Session Grounding Techniques

NAT.

I started EMDR last Tuesday and it was intense! I felt slightly dizzy until I went to sleep. I'm keeping a shared log of my experiences for my therapist to read before our next sessions and to monitor my own growth.

I was readying myself for bed Friday night and I couldn't look at myself in the mirror. I barely recognized myself at all and was afraid. My reflection scared me. (I was fine Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday up until that incident)

Has anyone found a good technique to ground themselves after EMDR?

Thanks!

Tell me about the small moments

I'd rather hear about the strange little moments that made up your day than the highlights posted online.

I'm a 38-year-old guy in Colorado who spends a lot of time crafting small pieces of art that I secretly leave behind for strangers to discover. I love wondering about the stories of people I see in public. I enjoy talking about the small details in our daily lives to why laundromats feel oddly poetic. (Might share some of those pieces)

Life hasn't always been easy, and that's made me appreciate genuine people. Tell me about the project you're excited about, the place you accidentally fell in love with, the song you can't stop replaying, or the thing that keeps you awake at 02:00 wondering.

Whether you're across the country or across the world, I'd love to exchange stories, photos from our walks, random observations, and the kind of conversations that make checking the mailbox—or your inbox—a little more exciting.

If you're someone who's curious about people, appreciates kindness, finds beauty in ordinary places, and thinks the world could use a little more wonder, I'd enjoy hearing from you.

I'm into art, rockhounding, stories, construction ( love going to the hardware store) baking, and hiking.

Not into: Alcohol, sports, clubbing, sarcasm

Tell me something you've never had a chance to tell a stranger.

Happily meowied -no funny business. Prefer M.

Thank you, Wyoming!!

Thank you, Wyoming!!! This 2.5 day trip soothed my soul. The people were so patient with me while I ordered food or purchasing an item. The landscape was absolutely stunning!!! 🤩

Stayed in Kemmerer at the Opera House.

☕ fossil fuel coffe

🍕 Rosies (ask for the bartender's green chile pizza)

Fossil Fest was awesome (just happened to visit at the same time!)

Found a few pieces of Petrified Wood!

Wow.

Background 🎵🎶 on videos

Why do most videos need to have background music? I was assembling a treadmill after a move and the instructional video was blasting music. I need help, not entertainment.

It's hard to focus on technical stuff with 🎵🎶 let alone music that I didn't select! My NT wife doesn't mind the extra/unnecessary sounds

Does anyone else find this frustrating?
