DR trimmer idler spring falls off when I stop it

I need to fabricate some sort of clip to keep the spring from falling off. Both sides attach to a hole in a flat plate. Any ideas would be appreciated!!

My first moldy-on-purpose cheese

Goat milk ash cheese, from cheesemaking.com. Tastes great, IMHO. Next time will add a little rennet, it barely held together.

If anyone has a good cheesemaking book, I'd love recommendations. I hate scrolling thru cheesemaking's website.

Fountain runs 5 minutes then no water
