I came across this CERAMIDES supplement and it seems like it would help my Eczema subside along with other concerns I have for my skin. I came to reddit to see if anyone had any opinions on it but I can't find any testimonies. As I'd consider myself new-ish to supplements I'd love to know your opinions.
