Moved here a few months ago. Did not realize there was a red light camera and rolled through the stop sign. The issue was that this was months ago, and presumably I've been doing this... many times. The tickets are now starting to roll in months later.

My understanding is that these are invalid tickets because they need to be postmarked within 14 days. Not 3 months later. Date postmarked was 7/27, date of infraction 04/27. I paid the first one but I got another just now and i'd expect at least another two or three.

What's the best way to deal with this?

binder tier stuff, japanese or mp is okay. also open to similar higher end cute cards.

Moved here recently, signed up for LA fitness but its crazy how terrible the hours are, and how packed it is the entire time. I've had gym memberships in a variety of areas and its never been this unusable.

Does anyone have any suggestions for other gyms? Ideally anything open quite late (12-2am) or 24 hours, and where you can go during peak hours and not have it be completely unusable. It looks like the 24 hour fitness is not ever open 24 hours and the planet fitness has similarly garbage hours (closed by 10pm, 7pm weekends)

Cleared entire cache. made sure there's nothing with notification permissions. Nothing at all seems out of the ordinary re: chrome settings.

Windows defender not finding any viruses.

Any other ideas what could be wrong here? Nothing out of the ordinary showing in downloads either.

is WAY way more expensive.

what causes such a large gap in RE prices? is it just that these old homes would need >100k worth of work to look modern?

anyone have any ideas if you were to play evelynn support what your best combination of items would be?

either bloodsong (and then storm/shadowflame), versus celestial and lichbane? bloodsong feels really good as a powerspike, whereas lichbane is obviously going to scale much better. celesial feels underwhelming as a powerspike/in terms of snowballing. a lot of games there won't be any return damage threat.

i *think* you need to pick between these two because zakzak gets no benefit from being melee and in general its a real underwhelming offensive item beyond just being free damage on artillery mages?

per our lease we are responsible for these costs, however the trash service CANNOT be in anyones name other than the home owner and likely the same for the water company.

the property management company gave us the login to these accounts but these accounts are 'owned' by the owner of the home. That is, if i call in I cannot make any changes to the account because i am not <home owner>. Likewise, if i had a billing issue i'd expect a similar issue. Do they need to be managing these bills for us? or what exactly should be happening here? I'm halfway thinking I just pretend to be the landlord and do what I need to do with the account?
