It is wrong to extract 44 ml in 30 s with pre infusion 5 - 10 in those 30s?

I have changed and tried this, and the taste with milk is wonderful can't even describe.

So basically 5 10 s pre infusion and rest of 20 25 s extraction.

So count starts when I press the button.

Until now I was trying to hit 5 10 s pre infusion plus 30 s extraction but taste was bitter most of the time.

On paper just hit over 20 hours, next was cookies crave.

Lattafa gourmand. Which one is the best? Opinion from persons who own or test it all of them?

I can't get that glossy paint from foam with 1.5% milk and lactose free.

Is there a trick or I need to change the milk with 3.5% milk?

I have done the test with the coin and with both my sage basket and lelit both 58 mm coin deepens in the coffee puck. Is this a problem? Should be 2 - 5 mm distance between water and coffee puck?

Definitely will fit with naked portafilter since 1 of 2 baskets that I have it have the same height with my sage.

I have found in my house this lelit package with 5 baskets 2 cups 1 high height, 1 lower, 1 cup, double walls, blank.

It will affect something?

The lower one has the same height like my sage and it fits.
