I just got here yesterday and I’m kinda underwhelmed. Maybe someone else has some insight to convince me otherwise?

I genuinely can’t get enough of this game it’s one of my all time favorites.

I’m a new player who just got to the second main area and I’ve been learning about all the stuff obsidian added.

I’m 12 hours in so far and it’s great, why did it not get good reviews and no dlc?

Also is upgrade progress carried over or does weapon progress reset when entering the DLCs?

I’m getting the wolf 2 DLCs, avowed, and doom the dark ages dlc!

I have the targeting system now but zora said she needs a third party to organize a truce and then my quest is locked out of that option?

I haven’t played it yet and I’m curious.

I’m interested in getting it for my steam deck and I haven’t played.

I’ve already played Ultrakill if that helps

Any thoughts or opinions on them? I’m not expecting much really in terms of anything really for the dlcs but did everyone enjoy them? I’m going to get them during the steam summer sale so hopefully it’ll be cheaper.

The skeletons look to out of proportion compared to the actual character models to be originating from them, so my idea is that they were actually the remains of the aliens that became a kind of sleeper there in some of the side quests. I really hope they make more outer worlds games or even hint to the existence of aliens in outer worlds 2 DLCs.
