Any tips on photographing larger diamonds?

My ring is a 4.10 ct lab diamond, E color, VS1 clarity, Ideal cut. And the first photos I took of it look so colorful and rainbowy that I had comments (here on Reddit, not in real life) asking if it was moissanite. I did realize a LOT of pink from my phone case was showing up in the diamond, so I took the phone case off. And that helped but she’s still showing up more rainbowy in the pictures than in real life, and I just want to photograph it how it realistically looks. Any tips? I don’t know if it’s the cut, the size, my phone or what causing it to not photograph well. I’ll include some of the photos I’ve taken.

Parking for stadium practice?

We’ve never been to a practice or even a game before, and this season we get to do both, but could anyone tell me where parking is for the stadium practice next Friday?

One Year!!

Started my journey on July 24th 2025, at 305lbs. I wore a 4XL. Weighed in today, July 28th 2026, at 194lbs. And I currently wear size Large. I have about 20lbs to go to my “goal” weight but even if I don’t lose any more, I’m so much happier than I was a year ago. A total of 111lbs lost. Hopefully this can be some encouragement to anyone just starting or even someone who is struggling to keep going! It’s going to be worth it!

I made it to ONEderland!!

Not counting it OFFICIALLY because my weigh in days are Tuesdays, but I stepped on the scale and saw this today!! 199.6 I started my journey at the end of July, at 305lbs.
Now 10.5 months later, I'm down over 105lbs and in ONEderland for the first time since 2010 when I was pregnant with my oldest. I hope this can inspire anyone just starting to struggling to keep going!! You've got this! I have quite a bit left to go but I'm getting there!

Would you switch?

I’ve been on semaglutide for 10 months, and I still have enough to get me through a couple more months. I’ve lost over 100lbs, (305 down to 203) but the company I use changed pharmacies and I don’t feel like the medicine is as effective from this new pharmacy, and they add b12 with no option to leave it out, so I’m switching providers. I’ve had almost no side effects on semaglutide this entire journey, but I have the opportunity to switch to tirzepatide, and am just wondering if I should switch or just continue with sema from the new company? I can see staying because it’s worked and I tolerate it well, but I am noticing food noise but that may be because of the pharmacy? Currently on 2mg dose by the way. Just not sure which to choose. Any help/advice is welcome.

Officially over 100lbs down!

SW: 305lbs

CW: 203.2lbs

I started my journey July 24th 2025, at 305lbs. 10 months in and I just hit 100lbs lost. And I’m sooooooo close to ONEderland. I don’t really have a specific weight as a goal, my original goal was to have my weight start with a 1 which at 305lbs seemed impossible, I guess in a couple weeks I’ll need to set a new official goal! Just wanted to say if you’re just starting your journey, stay strong, keep going, you’ll achieve those goals!
