Working on a research project involving a swarm of autonomous drones that coordinate with each other. Need a simulator that supports:
Multi-drone / swarm simulation
PX4 SITL integration
ROS 2 compatibility
Control algorithm testing (PID, EKF etc.)
Professor suggested Gazebo. Is it the best option for this specific use case or are there better alternatives? (Webots, CoppeliaSim, ARGoS?)
Any experience with swarm setups appreciated.

Ideally looking for:
Free or cheap (under $10)
Works on a mid-range PC
Good for learning basic controls and stabilization
Controller support would be a bonus
I've heard names like Liftoff, Velocidrone, and Freerider thrown around but not sure which is worth it for a complete beginner. Is there anything free that's actually decent?

My laptop has a very sophisticated feature where it connects to phone hotspots just fine but absolutely refuses to connect to university WiFi. Instead it rewards me with BSODs.
Stop codes I collected like Pokemon:
- `DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE`
- `BUGCODE_NDIS_DRIVER`
- `WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR`
Driver journey was equally fun. Discovered my Qualcomm QCA61x4A was running a **2017 driver** in 2026. Reinstalled the "latest" Dell driver — also 2017, just repackaged. Incredible.
Turns out I also have an Intel 8265 card sitting loose inside doing absolutely nothing. Two WiFi cards, zero WiFi. Peak engineering.
Any suggestions? Like what is the problem with university wifi -- it connects with hotspot then why not wifi😭

Few days ago, it happened to fill a form for session of Odoo. I just did it, cuz I thought it is just a seminar and a good opportunity for me to see some business leaders. But now I got Whatsapp DM from a UAE number. Claiming that he is a Regional Partner Onboarding Manager at Odoo HQ, Dubai. Idk what he is gonna say to me. Before talking to him in details, I don't wanna feel 'dump' Infront of him. So please enlighten me how Odoo works and what are the it's target user or customers. Plus any guesses why people reach out just by showing such small interest, rather than any actual efforts.
