Unable to start task

I have a project available but when I start it, it says the project is unavailable. But the project still keeps showing with more than 5 tasks. Is this a bug or what?

I have an upcoming background verification for a job but there's a family dispute case filed on me and my brother. It's a false case but the details are visible on ecourt website. Will this create a problem?

A while ago we had a family dispute and a false case was filed against my brother and me. I checked on the ecourt website and I can see that the details are present online. Is it going to case any issues as I need to provide my last 5 years of addresses I have lived at. I am really scared of this now.

So we shifted to this kind of fully furnished flat 6 months ago which has two air conditioners. We didn't know that because of the pollution, people usually buy AMC for ACs as either components fail or gas leaks. The owner is asking to get the AMC done ourselves which would cost around ₹14k for two ACs.

Shouldn't the ownes provide it since we are paying rent for the house and products and maintenance should be their responsibility?

Also, even if we get it done and need to move out in some time, either the owners or the next tenants would use it.

Do you guys pay for it or is it covered by the owners? Kindly guide.
