In the latest GTA 6 leak there was a line where the cashier asks the protagonist "you broke?". Does this mean "mentally/physically broken" or does it indicate the fact that our character has no money to spare?

What happened with GDP growth in 1.13? I found my old screenshots from 1.12 and I could achieve 2.0 GDP per capita as North German Confederation by the year of 1847. Now I can only get 1.1 at best. And the AI can't even get above 1.0 by the end of the century (except for GB), that's insane

Could you give me advice on how to increase the star levels faster in Ds2?
I've played 81 hours. That was enough in Ds1 to maximize relations with everyone and get the achievement. In Ds2 it seems like I'm only at 65-70%. The mountain area is so damn huge that even with a lot of zip lines it takes too much time to get across, and there are no juicy orders like it was in Ds1 that you can deliver back and forth and get tons of score
