reddit.comSleepbuds for pulsatile tinnitus?
I suffer from pulsatile tinnitus (hearing my heartbeats). I usually tried to focus on youtube sleep stories with a rainy background. I find that my tinnitus gets worse when putting pressure on my ears, like putting my head on a pillow or when putting on earplugs (tried the loops, but it made it worse)
What sleepbuds would you suggest? Soundcore a30? Ozlo? Other earbuds?
Are the a30 sleepbuds worth it for pulsatile tinnitus?

And how tge a30 compare to the ozlo?

Credit transfer
Has anyone successfully obtained a credit transfer at Politecnico di Torino from a university that does not use the ECTS system?
My university does not use ECTS and does not provide teaching hours or credits on the transcript. The only way I can estimate the workload is by calculating the teaching hours from the class schedule.
PoliTO asked me to enter the corresponding ECTS credits for the credit transfer request.
If you were in a similar situation, how did you calculate the ECTS equivalence, and was it accepted by PoliTO?
Thank you!
CIMEA PAYMENT!!!
How y'all do it? I tried everything, 5 different browsers, a pc and a mac, with and without incognito mode and with and without a vpn. From 2:59:55 until 3:30 NOTHING WORKS 😭
Need help adding a smooth border to my Rhino pattern
Hello, I’m new to Rhino. I followed this tutorial and applied it to my surface. I managed to play with the thickness and make the diamond shapes more or less rounded.
Now I’d like to create some kind of edge/border around the whole shape. Could someone help me with that?
I tried using Pipe on the curve I used to create the surface, but it doesn’t blend nicely with the shape.
Hi everyone, I was accepted to the Master’s in Architecture and Creative Practices for the City and Landscape at UNIBO and also to POLITO.
I’d love to hear how the program at UNIBO is in terms of studios, workload, and overall experience. Also, how is life in Bologna for students?
If anyone can compare it with POLITO, that would really help. Thanks!

Has pre-enrollment started for Polito? The link in my eligibility letter isn’t working.
Can I apply for CIMEA for my bachelor’s degree if I don’t have an actual diploma?
My program is a continuous 6-year path, and we only receive one final diploma at the end. For the bachelor’s and master’s stages, we only get certificates.
Also, should I select “final diploma awarded” or “provisional diploma awarded”? I’m worried that if I choose provisional, they’ll later ask for a bachelor’s diploma that I don’t have.
I was accepted into a master's degree program at Politecnico di Torino, and I need a CIMEA certificate for the visa procedure. I hold both a bachelor's and a master's degree.
Do I need to obtain CIMEA for both degrees, or only for my bachelor's degree? If it's required for both, do I need to submit two separate applications on the CIMEA website?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Accepted to POLITO (Architecture Construction City) and La Sapienza (Architecture – Urban Regeneration) and trying to choose. I’m interested in urban design and career prospects in Europe, any thoughts on reputation, teaching, or opportunities? Also waiting on Polimi and Unibo.
