I can’t handle this machine, I feel miserable

I’ve had it for 3 months now and while there are a few days here or there that I can sleep through the night, mostly I find myself waking up multiple times, feeling like I’m being suffocated. My mask fit is correct and I have humidity and increased my air pressure to 7-20.

Recently I’ve started having night terrors, waking up feeling like there’s someone in the room with me.

I’m also clenching my teeth so hard I feel like I may have cracked a tooth. I’m supposed to wear a guard but I can’t fall asleep with all this stuff on me 😭

I’ve gained around 25 pounds in the last year so I feel just icky and terrible. Between that and the dark circles under my eyes I dread having to go outside because I can tell people think I look like shit.

I’m miserable. I’m tired.

I feel like my right eyebrow always looks weird compared to left

I can’t figure out what to do. They grow in weird so there are bald patches shown in last no makeup photo (although the current hair cycle has it filled in better than usual.

I feel like the right one is maybe a touch thinner but there are only a few hairs that grow below that would be in line to make it thicker so I can’t grow it out.

I’m afraid to pluck my left thinner bc I feel the shape is perfect.

Any advice or am I overthinking it?

Do you have a palette recommendation that has neutral / warm shades that are around the circled shade and just a touch darker? Or a bigger range of light-dark shades?

Basically the circled color is as dark as I can get before it all just looks muddy and makes me look mean and old. Im still working on my blending skills, but that color isn’t quite dark enough for a finished look however the mattes in the bottom row are darker than what I can handle beyond lining my eyes.

I’m hoping to find a pallette that has more of the mid shades and then maybe shades just a step or so darker. Any ideas?

Trying to mount an old sliding mirror door to this wardrobe I’m making for my tiny room and can’t figure out the track for it

I plan to secure the wardrobe to the wall but the mirror itself is at least 50 pounds, so was hoping to add fixed casters to the bottom to hold some of the weight. I’d like a top and bottom track attached to the wardrobe to guide it and it needs to open 30”.

Would I use heavy duty drawer slides for this? All the sliding door kits I see have a track that’s screwed mounts into the floor and I don’t want to drill into that.

I’m not confident I can build something sturdy enough to do a barn door type track.

The frame on the mirror is 1” both sides but I’m not totally sure how much of that is the wood vs mirror either.

What track setup would make the most sense here?

How are you sleeping?

I’ve had sleep issues my whole life, and felt like my face was starting to get more and more red and bloated looking. That’s in addition to fatigue, dark circles, other health issues. I switched to distilled water and that stopped a lot of the painful flares, but I still had the general sickness that I felt had a hand in my redness.

Took a sleep study and turns out I have sleep apnea! I’m not overweight, and am a 30s female. Apparently it’s not uncommon for people with ADHD.

Anyway since adjusting to CPAP I’ve noticed my flares have been improving a lot! There’s a difference I can tell between like surface flares from a bad skincare routine (so pustules, pain) and the deeper inflammation flares that feel hot beneath my skin. That heat has been dissipating.

Obviously we all know how important sleep is. So if you’ve been struggling with yours, highly recommend seeing if you have breathing or sinus issues!

Where can I buy quality matching sets (button down and 5” inseam shorts) made from cotton or really anything but polyester.

Part of the issue is he is barrel chested and large and needs a longer hem, and more structured shirt

But then his waist is really small so I’m looking for more fitted shorts with a smaller inseam. Like Miami beach fit.

He’s gotten into the matching set game recently and I want to find him some quality, flattering sets.

About 7 years ago (early 20s) I’d finally found a routine where my skin was perfect, but overzealous use of tretinoin brought a flare on both cheeks that I’ve been fighting since. Brought it down with round of doxycycline, but then that wrecked my stomach and gave me a bunch of small red dots over my chest that took a couple months to subside…

I moved into a house about 4 years ago and my skin (and hair) got progressively worse. Felt like there was a film I couldn’t get off, hair took forever to dry, looked dirty almost immediately. Was using head and shoulders as face wash because it was the only thing keeping my fungal acne / that burning sensation down. Crazy acne along jawline, terrible blackheads. Couldn’t handle most actives or ingredients I could before. I looked so old and inflamed and it hurt!!

About one year ago today I decided to try distilled water for hair and skin. Immediately saw improvements. Skin felt clean but not irritated. I’ve very very slowly been adding in my former skincare products and can finally tolerate most things again. But I basically had to cut down to just cleanser, lotion then I’ve added in more hydration / actives month by month.

My skin is almost completely clear now, no burning at all. It gets a little weird during luteal phase but that’s slowly improving too.

**So long story short if you have hard water, try distilled. Hope it helps you like it has me!!**

Current Skincare routine

Night

Sulwhasoo Cleansing Oil
→ remove makeup/sunscreen
La Roche-Posay Toleriane Foaming Cleanser
→ rinse with distilled water only
Hyaluronic Acid (Hada Labo)
→ 2–3 layers with distilled water between
Snail Mucin from COSRX
→ 2–3 layers with distilled water between
Azelaic Acid 15%
→ just started a week ago but do think I’ve noticed some improvements esp on nose!
La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume (thin layer as needed)
Thin layer of Petrolatum (Vaseline) before bed

Optional:

extra distilled water spray + snail mucin if skin still feels dry

Morning

Dab off excess Vaseline
Distilled water mist if needed
Optional snail mucin or Cicaplast on dry areas
Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence sunscreen

Occasional Active

Tretinoin 0.1%
→ very thin layer about once weekly for PIH/texture/anti-aging

Also do weekly Malibu c hard water hair treatment and my hair is wayyy cleaner looking now and so easy to dry!

I get Botox at the corner of my eyes and can clearly see a ring of normal, non flushed where the Botox is.

It seems like both Botox Microneedling and meso inject diluted Botox superficially, but all the research studies supporting the use for rosacea that I’ve seen use mesobotox. I can’t figure out if they’re essentially the same treatment and only see Botox Microneedling offered in my city.

Ive tried 3 sessions of VBeam with lackluster results, although the first 2 sessions I think her settings were really low. I also have rhofade which is fantastic but does cause rebound so I use it sparingly. Otherwise I have a fairly simple skincare routine and aza but there’s still a persistent flush /

Inflammation on my cheeks.

TIA!
