the new air is only available at this price here i want a new laptop since my old one stopped working

I have an iphone and ipad so figured macbook would fit in also i like the long term battery and smooth performance of it

at this price should i look into Another brand that runs windows? I could be able to afford the m5 but i dont like the idea of being scammed and paying extra 200$ specially after the price hike

I might need a laptop in 6-12 months so i am in urge to buy it now but i am worried about the increasing prices specially that some places here still sell the m4 air for 1000$ so idk if i should buy now or wait until i need it . Will there be another price increase?

Watching experience is so so so bad the movies don't fit in the screen its not optimized for watching . you would enjoy watching much more on a budget tablet

-It lags a-lot specially when you use the pen for a long writing session(screen starts to get hot and pen gets irresponsive )

-battery sucks i have to treat it like a laptop all day connected to the charger

- Accessories very expensive like the magic keyboard

-Most unpopular apps are not optimized for IPADos you will find yourself looking at aspect ratio of your phone and the rest is black screen

definitely worst purchase ever alot of money for nothing
