Hi! Any idea on paano ang selection of courses for these schools? What I meant by selection is yung parang sa ust/up na may 1st and second option, pr may 1st until 4th option. Also, hm ang mga application fee ng mga schools na to? Thanks po!😊

Hi! I am a UST SHS freshie and I come from the BE strand that only got in through reconsideration. I just don’t know what to feel. Like, I think I can make friends but I’m just scared na what if I fail and stuff. Back in my old school I used to be BS Org and I can also climb my way to the ranks naman but UST is UST. I’m just scared na what if I don’t adapt? Everything is new, canvas is new, and I am also working hard on my discipline academically since I am not very discipline with academics, madali ako ma distract.

I rlly don’t know. Sometimes I think about what if I just went to my old school but I know that I need to go out of my comfort zone and I also did not like the environment there because I grew too close to my teachers that I felt as if they were making me their puppet. I don’t know what’s going on but I really just want assurance that I can make through UST:( This is not my dream strand and I am willing to learn naman but I just feel so numb even though today is the official start of regular classes:(

Hi! I’m a current ABM student from UST SHS, and med has always been the path that I envisioned myself in. But lately, I’m not so sure if I want to pursue it, or at least pursue an undergrad related to it. While my parents have said that they can send me to med school, I’m still a bit on the edge about it since they’re growing old na. Pag naman nag pre-med ako, underpaid ako and mahal din mag med school sa school na tulad ng UST. I’m now thinking if I should just go for accountancy for my college course, and I also want to take into consideration the dream to be a doctor and if I’ll still be able to study sa UST when I decide to continue on with that path. Also, tips din po sana if I were to graduate from a non pre-med course and want to get into FMS.

Hi! I just want to ask what are the things that I should be aware of when it comes sa etiquette? How should I address my professors? “sir/miss” “maam,mr” “doc” “prof”? In my old school po kasi we refer to our librarians and school staff as “tita” and “kuya” and that goes the same to the staff that maintain cleanliness in our school and classrooms. What should I do when asking to go to the bathroom, and what are the things that were a shock to you when you entered UST SHS? I am asking because I do not want to get a bad impression when I apply the etiquette I learned from my old school since I know that it differs naman per school. Thank you so much! 😊🙏

To be honest, are orgs really important in the long run? I get it. It shapes you and all and opens different doors pero pano pag academic na ang usapan and naapektuhan na? I used to be active in orgs but then I slipped because the environment just turned toxic and my acads were affected. Now I’m in a new school so tell me, are orgs really important as a student?

Also, I selected recreation and fitness as my PE class during enrollment and it’s labeled as ‘PE1’ kaso, sa room number sa 1011 ako naka assign even tho I’m not from BE-11. Can someone explain what should I do during the time of that class? Since diko sure if I’ll stay in my HR class or go to RM1011 to attend my PE class. Also, need pa ba bumili ng PE uniform for fitness & recreation? Thanks so much! 😊
