Potentially replacing windshield, need opinions on Carroll Shelby Windshield Banner.
My cars windshield took two rock strikes recently, while they've been repaired, i'de be lying if I said the last hit didn't annoy me quite a bit with it's placement directly in front of the driver (check image one its very apparent and annoying). I'm considering replacing my windshield.
Now I purchased the car with many stylistic choices, that I wouldn't have initially done, but in the end kind of ended up liking.
This Shelby banner being one of those things, that has kind of grown on me. Now, while I've come to like the banner, I will admit, it's pretty much impossible to see unless you're looking at the car pretty close up. The question is, should I stick to the black of current banner, or would a gunmetal tone similar to my pinstriping be a better choice?
Kind of torn about the color choices. I'm going to keep the "racing" part of the banner red, because I think the contrast makes it pop.
For anyone saying don't put it back on? No.
But for everyone else? Gunmetal Grey or keep it Black? I'm also open to other color combinations (or even decal styles that might be interesting).
Another thing to note (last image), the GT350 actually comes with a Ford logo Stencil already in it, which was covered by the decal. I'm considering getting an aftermarket windshield that doesn't have it as well. Does anyone know of any reason not to go with OEM windshields?
Every time I try, their eyes start glazing over.
I think I give up trying to answer this question.
Came back to this parked next to me, thought the plate was amusing.
My GF's former boss took these shots of my car for free.
He offered to do a photoshoot of my car for fun, when i saw the equipment he was using and what he was doing.
About 5 minutes into the shoot, I realized there was no way in hell I couldn't pay this man.
Received the rest of the edits from my recent surprisingly good photo shoot. Here are a couple of shots I thought were bangers.
I left my favorite shot out, will post it after I get a print made for it in the future, because its definitly going on the wall.
Still cannot believe the photographer just did this for fun.
The guy that took this, tried to do it for free. I wasn't having it.
Longing for a mustang back in Sept 12, 2017, Dealership photos.
First two pictures are from 2017 where I spotted (what looks like) an ecoboost Mustang and started dreaming about the car I would one day own.
"Why didn't you get recaros?"
Because in 90 degree heat cruising with the windows open my sweaty ass needs coolin.
The rules being followed.
