Vegetarian diet, should I take an omega-3 supplement?
I have a vegetarian diet and don't eat fish, and I'm considering starting an omega-3 supplement.
Should I actually take one, or is getting omega-3 from foods like flaxseed, chia seeds and walnuts enough?
If you do recommend supplementing, should I specifically look for an algae-based EPA + DHA product? I'm currently looking at Origins Nutra, Unived Ovegha and Tata 1mg, but I haven't ordered anything yet.
For vegetarians in India who take omega-3, what would you recommend and why?
Thanks!
Should I Take Ashwagandha 600 mg Daily?

I’ve been dealing with anxiety, stress, and sleep issues for the past 3 years. Recently, things have gotten much worse and are affecting me a lot.
My face has started looking dull, and people have begun noticing and asking me why I look sad. I’m also having trouble sleeping, racing thoughts, anxiety, and some other symptoms.
I’ve recently started working on myself. I’m doing meditation and Yoga Nidra to help with sleep, and I’ve also started taking Shankhpushpi daily.
I’m considering taking Ashwagandha 600 mg daily as well. Is this a good idea? Has anyone experienced benefits or side effects from taking 600 mg daily, especially for anxiety and sleep?
I’d appreciate any advice or personal experiences.
Please help me I am experiencing constant tinnitus, sound sensitivity, unbalancing, and poor sleep
I have been meditating for the past 6 months, but for the past 3 months, I have been experiencing some weird symptoms and experiences.
I have a continuous ringing/buzzing sound in my right ear (24/7). I have also become increasingly sensitive to sound. Even normal sounds sometimes seem to create a kind of turbulence or uncomfortable sensation inside my head. I also feel vibrations in my head, almost like something is flowing. As soon as I close my eyes, I sometimes feel like my body is becoming unbalanced. Sometimes it feels like my eyeballs are moving or being displaced. At other times, the right side of my body feels lighter. Sometimes it feels like the bed is waving or moving beneath me.
I also experience a feeling of imbalance in my body, occasional sudden dizziness during the day, and difficulty getting deep sleep. I feel like I am constantly dreaming, and I don't wake up feeling refreshed.
I went to a doctor and had several tests done, but all the test results were normal. I have been consulting with a doctor for more than a month, but nothing seems to be helping. At this point, I feel like I've given up.
For the past 6 months, I have mainly been doing breath meditation — inhale, hold, and release. I recently started doing pranayama as well.
What I want to know: Is there any type of meditation that I can practice to calm my mind, improve my sleep, and possibly help me cope with the tinnitus?
I have been doing Yoga Nidra for about a month because I'm having trouble falling asleep, and it does seem to help me relax.
Are there any meditation techniques you would recommend, especially for getting deeper, more restful sleep and calming my mind?
I would really appreciate advice from people who have experienced something similar.
24/7 ringing in my right ear for 3+ months, normal hearing test, no wax
I've been experiencing constant ringing in my right ear (tinnitus) 24/7 for more than 3 months.
I've already seen an ENT and had several examinations done. There is no earwax, and my hearing test/audiogram came back normal. The doctor also prescribed medication, but unfortunately it hasn't made any noticeable difference.
The ringing is still there continuously, and it's becoming really difficult to ignore, especially when it's quiet or when I'm trying to sleep.
Has anyone experienced something similar, one-sided tinnitus lasting for several months despite having a normal hearing test?
If so:
Did you eventually find the cause?
Did you see another ENT or an audiologist?
Were there any additional tests that helped?
Did anything actually make the tinnitus quieter?
I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who's been through something similar. I'm not looking for a diagnosis, just trying to understand what other people's experiences have been.
Guide me pls
Everyone says "just watch your thoughts" during meditation, but I don't understand how this is actually possible.
If I'm singing a song in my head, I AM the singing, there's no separate "me" watching it happen. To notice it, I have to either:
Add a new thought commenting on it ("oh I'm singing") , which is just more thinking, not watching
Suppress the song to make space for watching
Both feel wrong. It seems like real-time watching of a thought while you're inside it isn't actually possible, you're either fully absorbed in the thought, or you've already left it to comment on it.
So what does "watching thoughts" actually mean in practice? Is it just noticing AFTER you've drifted, not during? Is continuous witnessing even a real thing or is it just repeated catching-and-returning?
Curious how people who've actually gotten somewhere with this understand it, not just the standard one-liner advice.
Hit my first $100 from my website today
My side project just crossed $100 in revenue. Built it while juggling college, and seeing the first $100 feels unreal. It's a small milestone, but it proves people are willing to pay for something I created from scratch. This motivates me to keep building and aim much higher.
I don't think ChatGPT is wrong, though.

How do you give a website that premium startup/company feel?
Backend dev, zero frontend/design sense. Vibe-coded my frontend and it's giving classic "another AI weekend project" vibes, I genuinely can't tell good UI from bad.
Are there any prompts, tools, design resources, or workflows you use to make AI-generated UIs look more premium and less obviously AI-made? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
I built a script-to-video pipeline for faceless YouTube creators — paste your script, get a ready-to-upload video
Faceless YouTube creators spend 30 minutes writing a script and 4 hours on production. Breaking script into prompts, generating clips one by one, stitching in Premiere. Every. Single. Video.
So I built AutoReel Studio into my platform PigenAI.
How it works:
Paste your script
AI generates a storyboard — visual prompts matched to your script automatically
Review and edit prompts before spending credits
Generate + merge — one ready-to-upload video
No niche selection, no manual prompting.
A deep ocean script auto-produces dark underwater visuals. A mythology script produces ancient cinematic scenes. The AI figures it out.
Works best for space, nature, conspiracy, mythology, dark psychology type channels.
Would love feedback from anyone running a faceless channel — what's missing?

Looking to partner with an iOS developer to expand my app
I'm the founder of Scroll Break (a digital well-being/ productivity app). It was launched 8 months back, got 900+ installs on Play Store, 150+ active users, 8 pro users. I recently onboarded a UGC creator, and placed a hard paywall, which is bound to improve sales, but also increased drop off in free users.
It's a known fact that iOS users are more likely to pay than Android users, but i don't have either of a mac, or iPhone to develop and test it. So I'm looking for an iOS developer who have built and shipped apps to the app store before, to partner with.
The app's mostly filled with OS level permissions usage (like display over other apps/ permission to fetch all downloaded apps, etc.), and very minimal UI. It's made of React Native + kotlin , where mainly the kotlin part needs to be converted into Swift for it to work on iOS. I will be sharing the github repo with you, and help you as much as I can to get it live on the app store ASAP.
Reply below or DM me if you've built and published any iOS app to the app store before. We can work out a revenue share based partnership, since we'll need you to publish the app on your app store developer account anyways.
I added a waitlist for the iOS version in my landing page yesterday, and people are already showing interest, so just know that the distribution and marketing side will be taken care of by me and my UGC guy. Also, I vibecoded the entire app, so I'm sure you can pull off the same, even if you're not really used to working with root level iOS permissions.
