Need recommendation about milk product

I recently posted the second photo, and a lot of people said this yogurt is actually a bad choice.
The photo was our weekly protein stock for two people. My boyfriend and I are both on a calorie deficit, so we look for high-protein dairy products. We also enjoy them as a healthy dessert.
I’m on a 1,300-calorie deficit, aiming for 100 g of protein, about 1,000 g of fruits and vegetables every day, and enough calcium.
I’m not from the U.S., so I don’t know which products here are actually good. I’d really appreciate your recommendations for good yogurts (both drinkable and regular), cottage cheese, or any other high-protein dairy products.
I’d also love recommendations for oat, coconut, and soy milk.
Please don’t recommend regular dairy milk—I can’t drink it. And I don’t need advice to eat more fruits or vegetables; I’m only looking for yogurt, cottage cheese, and milk recommendations.
Also… I have to admit, I really hate plain yogurt. 😅 I’m sorry, but I just don’t like the taste of plain yogurt in the U.S.

What do you think about getting a second cat?

I currently have one Ragdoll kitten who is 7 months old. She’s super adorable and we love her a lot. She’s almost never alone at home because my boyfriend works from home and we’re usually here, so she probably spends like 90% of the time with someone around.
But I’ve been thinking… maybe she could benefit from having a companion cat? I’m just not sure if she might get bored being the only pet.
At the same time, I’m a bit worried. If I bring a second kitten, I feel like I might naturally give more attention to the new baby because it’s small and new. I don’t want my first cat to feel left out or sad. I had a British Shorthair before, and she was very jealous and didn’t really enjoy having another cat around.
So I’m curious — what’s your experience with Ragdolls and getting a second cat?
Did your first cat adjust well? Did your feelings toward your first cat change at all, or did you still love them just as much?

Please recommend date me healthy dessert

Could you please recommend some healthy dessert recipes? I’m new in this country and still trying to understand which ingredients and products are best to use, so I would really appreciate your help.
If possible, could you also tell me exactly which type or brand of ingredients you use, like milk (almond, oat, or dairy), flour (whole wheat, almond flour, oat flour), and sugar or sugar substitutes like honey, stevia, or erythritol.
I would also really appreciate simple healthy dessert recipes with clear ingredients since I’m still learning and sometimes struggle in the kitchen.

How do you brush your Ragdoll?

have a 7-month-old Ragdoll and lately she’s been shedding a lot more. I’m a first-time cat owner so I’m still figuring everything out.
I try to brush her but I’m not really sure if I’m doing it right or often enough. I also bought one of those pet grooming vacuum things, but honestly it doesn’t seem to work that well for me. Not sure if I’m using it wrong or if it’s just not strong enough.
How often do you guys brush your Ragdolls (or long-haired cats in general)? And what kind of brush actually works best?
Also if anyone has any grooming tools they really like or any tips for dealing with all the shedding, I’d really appreciate it.

Shanghai trip

I recently visited Shanghai during Christmas and New Year season, and I honestly didn’t expect to be this impressed.

The amount of decorations everywhere was unbelievable — every street, mall, and small shop was covered in lights, displays, and beautiful setups. It felt like the whole city was designed to be photographed.

I was also surprised by how many creative and interactive stores there are. Not just shopping, but full visual experiences where you can walk around, explore, and take photos. The city itself feels very modern but also full of character.

Another thing that stood out was the fashion scene. There are so many clothing stores across all price ranges, and even the cheaper shops have really good quality. And the way people dress, especially girls, is incredibly stylish and put together.

One of my favorite things was how easy it is to find photographers almost anywhere. You can hire someone on the street for a very affordable price, or even do a full styled photoshoot with makeup, outfits, and editing included.

The hotel experience also surprised me — even 3-star hotels often feel very high standard, clean, modern, and well-designed, like a much higher category in many other countries.

What do you think ?

Hi everyone! I’ve been going to LaserHere Belmont for underarms and bikini laser hair removal. Hair is still growing in the bikini area, but I think my underarms are done. Planning maintenance every 6 months now. What do you think?

Facial + jet peel in Boston

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a good clinic or an experienced esthetician who can do a full facial with Jet Peel added to the protocol.

By that I mean a proper treatment: cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, extractions, Jet Peel, finishing mask, and moisturizer. I’ve been doing this type of facial for about two years, so I’m familiar with how it’s supposed to be done, but I used to get it done in another country where it was about four times cheaper.

Recently, I had a very bad experience. I went to a clinic and was asked if I wanted extractions — I said yes. She used a steamer on only one side of my face for about five minutes, then started doing ultrasonic work on completely dry skin. My nose was basically damaged during the treatment; it’s been peeling for a month and still hasn’t fully recovered. I also developed some mild pigmentation afterward. The session was supposed to last 60 minutes, but it was finished in 40. I didn’t pay for it and contacted their manager because the service was honestly unacceptable.

I do know how this procedure should be performed, since I’m an esthetician myself, but unfortunately my current salon doesn’t have the Jet Peel device.

So I’m looking for recommendations for places that actually follow the correct protocol and offer quality facials with Jet Peel included. I’m considering Boston, Massachusetts in general, and I could also look into nearby areas in New Hampshire.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My baby grow up so fast

First photo is around 8 weeks old. The 2-4 photos were taken in her first days at home, at about 13–15 weeks. The last two photos are from almost 6 months old, just two weeks away.

She has grown so fast — I need more time with her. In the beginning, she was extremely clingy and would follow you everywhere like a little shadow. Now I feel like she’s going through a bit of a teenage phase. She has started jumping on tables and running out of the apartment every time the door opens. She used to be scared of everything, but now she’s actively looking for trouble.

She also has absolutely no idea how to land properly or “roll over” when she falls. When she slips or drops down, she just stops and stares like she’s trying to understand what just happened.

Even though we don’t buy tall cat trees, since they’re not recommended for this breed, she still manages to find new places to fall from. Nothing is safe enough. She can literally run at full speed and sometimes just crash headfirst into the wall, as if she forgot how physics works for a second.

I think I could talk for hours about how unique she is, and I believe every cat owner feels the same about their own pet. And I’m sure that for each of us, it’s true in its own way.

They are just a moment of our life, but we are their whole life. So love them and take care of them❤️
