I finally went NC.
After 29 years of abuse, ive finally decided that i do not deserve to endure it any longer. I am free, and the healing begins. Thank you everyone for this community, it has helped me immensely.

How to go from VLC to NC?
cat because its been awhile.
for those of you who have done it, how to go NC? what should i take care of first before really committing to it? I dont live with her. in fact im in a totally different town. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

jealous of plants
today i became so incredibly jealous of a plant on the side of the road, i nearly cried.
It doesnt have to do or be anything, or earn its place in the world, it just exists, and then dies. It doesnt need to look for food, socialize, move, or even actively reproduce.
it just *is*.
