I swear there is about 2mg of medication in my vial left but my syringe won’t pull it. How do i get the last bit out?

How do you differentiate between menopause symptoms and early signs of dementia or Alzheimer's in women which can appear 20 years before even the disease starts. I heard a good rule of thumb is if you remember that you are forgetting something, its brain fog :)

I started Tirze on March 11 2026 at 144.6 lbs, height 152cm. I lost 10 lbs by Apr 22 but for the last 3 weeks i am just one lb up and down sitting at 133-134lbs. I have been increasing dose slowly and currently at 4.2mg, i have no food noise so staying around 1200 calories but not losing weight either.

Is this normal or can i do something to change this?
