It's Done! (Looking like a Cover Fitness Model!)

Living like it’s done changed everything for me. I stopped checking the mirror for validation and started assuming I’m naturally gorgeous, magnetic, and in love with my body. It's so much easier than you think with repetition. The more I embodied that version of me, the more reality reflected it back. I went straight to being on the cover of a magazine, and acting like that person would act and my gym gains have been awesome, my skin looks amazing and my hair is thick and full. Being who you want to be feels effortless when you stop chasing and start identifying as the person you already decided to be!

Feel Better No Matter What by Michael James

I’m genuinely excited about this book because it’s the first time I’ve actually seen results after years of trying different manifestation techniques. I can’t be the only one experiencing this. Is anyone else here applying these principles and manifesting major changes? I’ve mainly been using it for looksmaxxing and improving my finances, and the results are impressing me and I'm wondering what the potential is. Would also love to know if there are any forums, communities, or threads dedicated to this book? Who is this author? (any more details about him?) Any hints or tips to take my results higher?

I never knew manifesting could be so easy!

For a long time, I thought manifesting meant forcing myself to stay positive all day, repeating affirmations nonstop, and obsessing over every little sign. But everything changed when I finally relaxed and stopped chasing the outcome so hard. I reminded myself the outcome I wanted was already here waiting for me to receive it.

So after being clear about what I wanted, and feeling a trust that it was possible, this got me to let go of the desperation behind it. That’s when things began showing up naturally and way faster than before.

It’s weird how manifestations seem to come easier when you’re calm, detached, and actually expecting good things instead of worrying about them 24/7 (many people who are trying to manifest are focused on what they don't want 24/7).

Manifested my hair regrowth

I wanted to share my journey with you all, as I’ve had a pretty amazing experience that I never thought would happen to with my hair which I mentioned in a previous comment so wanted to share how I did it. For years, I struggled with hair loss. It started in my mid 20s and got worse over time. I tried everything - shampoos, oils, treatments, and even considered hair transplants. Nothing seemed to work, and I was feeling pretty defeated.

But then, I stumbled upon the concept of LOA and manifesting. I’d heard of it before but never took it seriously. However, after reading one particular success story from a celebrity that got my attention and doing a bit of research, I decided to give it a try and here’s how I used it to manifest my hair regrowth:

Firstly I did a type of meditation, not once but every day. This was key for relaxing my mind and body. Then I did practices to make peace with where I was followed with confidence evoking (a practice from Michael James) which got me to live from the place of having beautiful hair.

The person I was working with shared scalp exercises with me, which I did whenever doubt came in. This was a big part of keeping myself high vibe as I went through my day

After about two months of sticking with these practices, feeling attractive anyway and almost forgetting about my hair, I started noticing tiny changes. My hair felt stronger, shinier, and there was definitely new growth at the crown and temples. It wasn’t overnight, but the progress was there. The most important thing was that my mindset had shifted - I no longer saw myself as someone who was losing hair, but someone who was actively growing it. Now I often get complimented on how good my hair is and no one could believe how it was before and better still I have faith in the process.

To anyone out there struggling with hair loss, I encourage you to try this approach. It's better than anything you can pay for and it's free. too, it just requires sticking to practices which have the added benefit of changing your life for the better in so many other ways, too!

Making money is easy!

Through money manifesting, I completely flipped my reality from having no job opportunities to getting offers everywhere I go with a big income to go with it (the biggest I had ever manifested). Consistency was a big thing and I stopped entertaining all the negativity about the job market and refused to identify with lack.

Instead, I embodied the feeling of already being in my dream job. I obsessed over the feeling of success - celebrating as if it had already happened. The more I focused on abundance, confidence, and certainty, the more my thoughts shifted away from limitation.

Eventually, success became my dominant mindset, and the Law of Attraction reflected that right back to me, firstly in terms of more feelings and ideas of riches!

Now, through the bridge of incidents, I’m in my dream job, and I get headhunted every other week. Too many people give up too soon so persist in the feeling of already having it. Your reality catches up!

Manifesting Secret: Being OK where you are makes manifesting work faster

One of the biggest shifts in manifestation is the first step of learning to genuinely be okay with where you are right now. The moment you stop treating your current reality like a problem that must be fixed, the resistance starts to soften.

When we constantly try to force change, we often end up energetically pushing against what is - and that keeps us stuck in the same cycle. Radical acceptance changes that. It doesn’t mean giving up on your desires; it means no longer fighting yourself or your present moment.

Accept where you are fully, even the problems, before things change. From that state, you naturally move into more flow, less resistance, and things begin unfolding much faster and more easily.

How Confidence Evoking gave me a natural facelift without surgery!

I never wanted Botox or cosmetic surgery. Most of the time, especially on men, it ends up looking unnatural, and I always felt like confidence mattered more than trying to force perfection. But after years of experimenting with manifestation and self-concept work, I became curious about something: could appearance change naturally through identity shifts alone?

By this point, I’d already proven to myself that non-action vibrational shifts were incredibly powerful. Every major improvement in my life happened after I stopped chasing outcomes and started embodying the version of myself who already had them. So I decided to try the same thing with appearance.

I didn’t want to look fake or become someone else. I just wanted to look like the best version of myself - healthier, sharper, more masculine, more attractive naturally. Instead of obsessing over flaws in the mirror, I started visualizing myself as already handsome and confident. I focused on the feeling of being attractive rather than “fixing” myself using the confidence evoke process.

What surprised me was how quickly things started changing. After a week of doing it ever day my posture improved, my face looked more relaxed, my eyes seemed brighter, and I stopped carrying tension in my forehead and jaw. Then people started commenting on it before I fully noticed it myself. Friends asked if I’d changed my routine or had work done, even though I hadn’t touched anything.

The biggest shift was energetic. Genuine confidence changes your entire face. Your expressions soften, your eye contact changes, and people perceive you differently. I honestly think most glow-ups are identity shifts first and physical changes second.

Ironically, once I stopped obsessing over my appearance, my appearance improved more. I stopped checking mirrors constantly and stopped reinforcing the old self-image. Over time, my face genuinely looked more lifted, defined, and masculine - like a natural facelift without surgery.

Maybe part of it was reduced stress or better habits, but I know the internal shift came first. The outer change followed naturally. I wanted to write this to say keep on going it works!

Hold to the vision for instant manifesting!

I treat the vision like something I physically hold onto - like gripping motorcycle handles, or holding onto the person in front of me on the bike if I'm riding pillion, or keeping hold of horse reins. The key for me is persistence. I don’t drop the assumption until it feels real and natural.

For example, there was a specific amount of money I wanted. I kept imagining seeing that exact figure in my bank account over and over. I didn’t stop just because nothing had changed yet. I stayed with it until the feeling of already having it became normal to me. Once it felt natural, the effort disappeared on its own - and then the money itself replaced the desire. That’s what people mean by “letting go” in my opinion - it's not forcing yourself to stop holding on, but once you've accomplished the feeling state you naturally release the struggle, and you don't have to know how it will happen.

I never try to let go. I hold the vision until it feels real, and then letting go happens automatically. After that, things tend to move very quickly for me, sometimes almost immediately.

SATS is my cheat code!

A key element of visualization often overlooked is entering that relaxed, in-between state, something Neville Goddard referred to as the State Akin To Sleep (SATS).

When you’re fully awake and alert, it’s easy for the mind to question, analyze, and sometimes even reject what you’re trying to imagine. Doubts creep in, and the logical mind can end up canceling out the very reality you’re trying to impress on your subconscious.

But when you’re in a drowsy, relaxed state - just before falling asleep or as you're waking up -mental defenses naturally quiet down. Your thoughts become less sharp and resistant, making your imagination more vivid and receptive. In this state, you're not forcing or struggling to believe. You’re simply experiencing. This is where the real power of visualization comes from and this is why SATS is my cheat code!

Rather than trying to force a scene or overthink every detail, you allow yourself to gently drift into the feeling of your wish fulfilled. The less effort you put in, the more natural it becomes. In that relaxed state, belief happens effortlessly because your mind accepts what you're experiencing without resistance.

Instead of struggling with visualization during the day, when the mind is active and critical, try focusing on that relaxed window - when you're deeply at ease. That’s when your imagination can truly sink in and becomes real.

What I’ve noticed in my own practice is that when I want something, I know what I need to do and that's to feel the shift. I’ve kind of trained myself to move straight into the feeling of the having what I want. At first, this wasn’t natural at all it felt fake or like I was trying too hard but with practice it’s become much easier, almost automatic, like training a muscle.

Like discovering a new muscle in the beginning, you’re not even sure how to work it. Then when you finally do, it’s weak and inconsistent. But if you keep working it consistently and eventually it starts to respond it just has to. It gets stronger and eventually you can flex it whenever you want. That’s exactly how this feels to me. The muscle is the ability to shift into the state of already having what I desire.

I do it just before bed at night and I also confidence evoke every morning. I know when I've done enough because there’s a moment like a kind of internal “click” where it just locks in. It feels done. When that shift happens, I know it’s mine. When I reach that point, I tend to see movement or results very quickly, often within a day. Not because I’m watching or waiting anxiously, but because something internally has already changed. The feeling came first, and the outer world just follows.

An example of this working is with how I met my boyfriend. I'm in an amazing relationship and it's a first for me after years of loneliness. I'd been single for years and hardly met anyone decent, but I was searching out there and forgetting the journey within. It started with finding the feeling of the relationship within in my imagination and confidence evoking it and the rest just happened within weeks. What's more is my vibe is still there and I meet a lot of guys who I have a connection with wherever I go (I used to never meet guys I was into who liked me back). So it's there if I want it!

First time posting here, but I wanted to share what’s been a pretty big shift in my life.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve completely turned things around through manifesting. I used to be overweight, low on confidence, and carried a lot of hurt from being bullied for most of my life. I felt stuck in that identity for a long time. Now, I’m in a place where my life looks and feels totally different - better health, more confidence, and opportunities and connections I never thought I’d have. It’s the kind of life I used to assume was only for other people not me.

What changed wasn’t just external habits - it was understanding vibration on a deeper level. I did a lot of trial and error, a lot of reading and experimenting, but eventually it clicked: your state is everything.

Now when I want something, I don’t chase it in the usual way. I go within first. And by that, I mean I deliberately take my focus off the outer world and circumstances, especially if they’re not reflecting what I want yet. Instead, I focus on shifting my internal state.

I use different processes to raise my vibration - things that genuinely help me feel aligned, confident, and certain. One technique I always come back to a lot like every day is confidence evoking (which I got from a teacher called Michael James), where I consciously bring myself into the version of me that already has what I want. The key for me has been consistency - choosing that inner state over and over again until it feels natural.

It hasn’t been instant, and I’m still learning, but the more I prioritize my inner world, the more my outer world seems to reflect it back in ways that feel almost unreal sometimes.
