My project, The Fountain Place, already has 7,747 supporters, which is fantastic, and I'm incredibly grateful for it. However, time is running out. There are only 93 days (almost 3 months) left to collect the remaining 2,253 votes.
The next review, starting on September 7th, is the last chance my project can reach. The Fountain Place is a charming modular building with a garden center / plant shop, a detailed photo studio, adorable minifigures, and a fantastic delivery van. What LEGO fan wouldn't love it?

The first LEGO Ideas Review of 2026 has just begun… and now the big dream is clear:

Because if we do, this project would officially enter the LEGO Review stage and have a real chance to become an actual LEGO set someday.

After just missing the last review window by 1 hour and 6 minutes,
“Charmed – Halliwell Manor & The Book of Shadows” officially entered the first LEGO Ideas Review of 2026 on May 4th.

👉 This means: LEGO is now seriously evaluating a Charmed set.

What happens now?

Every project that reaches 10,000 supporters enters an official review, where LEGO experts decide if it can become a real set.

They evaluate factors such as:

• Design and build feasibility
• Market demand
• Brand fit and licensing
• Strength and activity of the fanbase

This process takes time, so results are expected late 2026 or early 2027.

Possible outcomes

• Approved → The project becomes an official LEGO set
• Rejected → The journey ends (but could be restarted)
• Parking Lot → More time and up to three additional chances

What this means for the Charmed fandom

This is the closest we’ve ever been to seeing Halliwell Manor as a real LEGO set.

And one thing is important to understand:
👉 Fan engagement still matters. A lot.

LEGO is watching how active and passionate the community is.

So now is not the time to go quiet — it’s the time to show up:
