I got a 3m supply from BPI in April. Almost finished with my first bottle so I have at least 2m worth of doses left.
With everything going on though.....
Was thinking about getting 6m worth just in case there are delays, but don't want to pay the 75$ if I'm just going to be told that it's too early to get more.
Would like to know what others are doing. If you had any problems getting more a little early or what.
So this was my 4th week on 5mg and I'm debating if I should go up in dose.
1... I've been gaining and losing the same 5lbs for the last 2 months. And it's not like I only have a few pounds to lose. I still need to lose a good 70 or so.
2... while the first 3 days after the shot are decent, food noise and my ability to eat a lot is reduced, I've found that by day 4, I can feel the food noise coming back. I still can't eat a ton, but my want to eat more is there and it's not hunger. It's just that urge to eat more.
Does it sound like I need to go up in dose?
So I was first on wegovy, then switched to compounded tirz and this is the first time I've had some weirdness going on during my period.
This is my 3rd week on 5mg. Took my shot Sunday and have felt fine. Food noise has been reduced (YAY!) considering my period started today and I'm usually a bottomless pit before it starts. So that was a pleasant surprise since hormones seemed to overpower the medications before.
But yesterday, I was SO uncomfortably bloated. Today once period started, as most women know, you have to poop a lot and today has been no exception, except that I've also had horrendously bad, paint peeling sulfur burps along with my stomach talking to me all day AND still being uncomfortably bloated.
I even took a famotidine this morning and it did nothing.
Just curious if period symptoms changed for anyone? If you had weird ones when you went up in dose and if they went back to normal after being on that dose for a while?
EDIT: The gas I had yesterday was insane. A bit tmi, but the burps stunk while the booty toots didn't.. thankfully. Still though. ALL NIGHT, I was up burping and farting. I didn't get up bc I would just go back to sleep, but still... yikes.
Thankfully looks like we have some gas tablets. Just chewed one down. Hopefully it helps.
EDIT 2: Gas tablets have failed me!! I'm so bloated/gassy and I don't understand why! My burps smell like I've been chowing down on boiled eggs, pork rinds and fried chicken. Someone send help! lol
