QA testing companies from India or Pakistan? Where should I hire?

Edit; Guys thanks for advice on not hiring an agency and hiring on team one person rn seems like the best option. As much as I wanna answer you, the post has been locked.

I am running a SaaS lead gen software in Sweden. I see some good reviews on Capterra and G2 for many companies charging less than $25 an hour, but all of them are from either India-based, Pakistan, or Indonesia.

We only have 4 devs, and testing seems like a problem we can't ignore now. My devs and non-tech people here are doing QA for us; but apparently we still have bugs. Now I think it's time we hire a specialist. But In-house would be too difficult and might get out of budget.

We were thinking between freelancer vs agency. What should I opt for? Have you guys had any experience regarding this so far?

Also, even if I hire freelancer, I will have to review or manage him, which I don't want. So an agency seems like the way for me.

But at the time my concern with an agency is that there are alot of scammers from these countries so I would need your opinion from people who have experience.

PS, little request: please don't promote i need real advice under this subreddit.

23F broke 10 years relationship with 24M. Breakdown.

23F Broke up 10 years of relationship with 24M here the whole story.

Me: I am female ENTP (mbti) Sagittarius born in 2002

Him: he is Isfp, cancer born in 2001

I started when I was 14 I vibdly remember i fell for this guy due to the acedmy i joined. For me my heart raced and there always been a sexual tention between two of us. He confessed and we instantly got into relationship

I was at tbe verge if being controlled by him because he showed no respect, took money from me, he was never understanding, and he did not earn well. So today

Year 1: (Age 14) we started and I wa really happy but he was really toxic… he always tried to change my habbits which I thought at the time was normal for partners scarifce in order to sustain.

Year 2: we both were in same school so things were pretty easy, we met each day. We were together 24/7 in this area I lost my virginity as well. It was butterfly love etc. but I ignored the red flags when he used to force me to cover myself fully. No revealing clothes. In return I asked him to never smoke again. So we both did.

Year 3-5: there were so many ups and downs, i was getting adult, hit depression we we’re together but didn’t happen much. I tried breakup with him because being with hin was really exhausting. I thought Inam still young I should just let him go he is really trying to control me. But he never broke up

Year 5-6: this is when things turned around. So I have always wanted to marry a scholar. But my boyfriend refused to go to university with me. I joined university he stopped studies afterwards. In order to support himself he did odd jobs.

At age 19,20 these things seems fine. I was really worried so he promised me that he will earn so much. At the same time my family was not doing well financially ith uni I had to work 10x harder to support my siblings. So I also started part time job as an Ebay / amazon product lister at a small setup.
I was always annoyed that my mind was growing soo much due to university and overall exposure, but he was stuck at the same thoughts from 2020.

Year 7-8: So this year I achieved alot, I got a full time position at a tech company while being half way in uni. He was still delivering food to ppl home. I saw no progress as a person, as a partner. I held up still communicating with him. He said he will do it I should give him 6 months.
6 months passed he failed at all attempts. I thought that he might do something but even after more 6 months he was ay ybe same position while I was supporting 6 people in my family with my tech job.

I never ranted him about these things that How bad I flext that I earn 6x more then him: but in his mind this thing was there he really got irritated with me. He tried to control my life more and more.

He said no going out with male colleagues even in group setting, no chat. He really tried that I had zero male intraction because he was so insecured from the feeling that I work with men whi are much mire capable then him. In these difficult time I still held up. But at one point my leaver broke. I broke up.

Year 8-9. After this breakup for 1 month he did all the things that I wished he would do for me and he never respected my feelings. He cane with flowers in a car, gifted me so manu things, I wS never gonna get back with him but the moment he touched me, i lost it. I wanted ti kiss him so bad so I got back together with him. In this tome around I got a better job opportunity which was 2x salary of my current job. I got really secure so I thought money is already here. I should go for love. He really loves me. He never cheated. He never smoked. Amd I really wanted sex with him. I convinced myseld that I will now not ask him such things. I will never let money get between us. But he was earning pretty much same.

Year 9-10. This year he proposed, offcourse I said yes. I was ao happy, but my new job had alot of new friends and colleagues. We had great bonding and I stared to go out eat, wear clothes that I feel comfortable in, my university is ending so I had to do alot of work with “male entities” as always he got so insecure.

One day after sex, he wnet through my phone and opend one of the group I made with colleagues.

There I was being friendly and sent crying emoji that I used to sent him. (For context that group had 10 ppl male female all) we were talking about office struggles. He really got mad. I was thinking theee is no point to be mad about it. Anyways small things like tbis keep happending.

I got more rebel overtime. I wore clothes of my choice (ti meet my school friends) and also sent him pics. He got really mad.

When I posted some of my tweets in one of the subreddits People told me that you have a stockholm syndrome. I have no idea who is right in this relationship, but today marks a day that I broke up. I really felt that I was being controlled and I should do anything with my life, but I was so insecure that I have told everyone in my circle about this guy. My family, relattives friends everyone. So I was really holding it because who will come after me after having 10 year of relationship. No one will accept me.

10 years of relationship ended finally.

I was on the verge of being controlled by him because he showed no respect, took money from me, was never understanding, and did not earn well. So today, here is the story.

Around the same time, I got a better job opportunity that doubled my salary. I felt really secure financially, so I thought money was already taken care of. I should choose love.

He really loved me. He never cheated. He never smoked. And I really wanted sex with him. I convinced myself that I would stop asking him for those things. I would never let money come between us. But he was still earning pretty much the same amount.

Years 9–10:
This year, he proposed, and of course, I said yes. I was so happy.
