I’m now in canada.
Back home, Ive been prescribed coal tar and salicylic acid ointment directly on scalp by doctor.
It gives me hair loss and doesnt work.
Ive not tried anything else.
It comes back next day after washing with 1% coal tar.
Also with this, ive recently started getting white red raised patches(mostly white) on face near temple and ear that goes away with fluticasone propionate (0.05% w/w).
I also have patches on both elbows. Thats all
I just broke down today looking at my hair. This makes me cry i’m exhausted.

A couple days before my brother left for another country , we witnessed the most beautiful rainbow dome painted across the sky. It was also a very light double rainbow. We just sat there, talking quietly here and there, watching it together. A memory I’ll always hold close. ✨🌅🌈

So something genuinely weird happened to me today and I still can’t get over it.

I was grocery shopping and had already filled my cart with some pretty random stuff to be exact 3 red bell peppers, 3 green bell peppers, 4 tomatoes, 6 bananas, bread, 1 cucumber, carrots, and celery. Nothing special.

At one point, I walked back after grabbing quaker and saw a cart that looked exactly like mine. Without thinking, I started putting the items in my hands into it.

Then I suddenly realized, “Wait, this isnt my cart.”

The reason I knew was because I always hang the produce bags on the handle, and this cart didn’t have them. So I looked around for my cart and found it back in the same aisle.

And that’s when I noticed something that made me stop in my tracks.

That cart had almost had the EXACT same groceries as mine.

Not similar, Not mostly the same.

Exactly the same.

3 red bell peppers.
3 green bell peppers.
4 tomatoes.
6 bananas.
Bread.
1 cucumber.
Carrots.
Celery.

Same quantities. Same items.

What was the most shocking was it was abandoned cs i waited for that person for and they never came and somehow they had shopped for the exact same things I did so i took some pictures, i went back after i was done , it was still there lol.

I just stood there staring at both carts side by side like I had encountered my grocery doppelgänger but just happened to miss them 😭

Has anyone else ever experienced something this bizarre . did I accidentally cross paths with my parallel universe self?

I know it’s an impatient post. I have recently transitioned to straightening my hair for the past 15 years to just let them be and i Don’t know if i’m liking them or maybe it just needs tweaking.

Most of them are weird curly ?

My routine -

Herbal essence argan oil shampoo 🧴
Love ur curls deep condition and repair
Wash it out 🧴

Scrunch when dripping wet to form the curls
NYM’s curl talk mousse scrunch it in ( tennis ball)
NYM’s curl talk gel scrunch it in( 3-4 peas)
Still soaking wet
Then microfiber towel scrunch.
Air dry or sometimes sleep with a bonnet.

Clarify twice a month with sauve.
