How the hell do you calm down wedding nerves?!?

First off, I'm not scared of the wedding, marriage, or my fiancé. I'm so excited and can't wait! But I'm already getting nerves, stage fright, and happy nervousness. My wedding is in October. I'm listening to our prelude music for when everyone is being seated, and I’m just thinking about getting ready, walking to the church, walking down the aisle, seeing my love—everything. My stomach has butterflies, and I feel like I need to throw up, lmao. Now I'm wondering if I'll be an absolute nervous wreck the day of.

Any advice from past brides would be greatly appreciated!! 🙏

What is a very easy and affordable wedding favors for 80 people. And are they very necessary?

I've seen the "his favorite, her favorite" bags of treats before. But I'm wondering if anybody else has any good ideas. There will be 80 people at our reception. While the little candy bags are a good simple idea, I'm wondering if there's anything else that is more affordable, more unique, and that doesn't require much work lol.

We invited around 400 people to our ceremony, with light refreshments afterward. We're having it at our church to keep costs down, and people are helping us with the refreshments. Then, we invite around 80 people to our reception. Not all 80 will come, but we're planning for that.

Would love to hear any insights from other married couples or if you've been to a wedding and seen something interesting, please let me know.

Edit: I most likely not going to do wedding favors. Too much much work for me right now and we are on a budget, unless my fiance wants to do it, then its on him. Thank you for your advice! 🤗

Am I holding grudges, or am I just remembering situations and playing the emotions

I don't like holding grudges and am the type of person who tries to forgive and forget. But sometimes, during a conversation, if someone says something they shouldn't, it still replays in my head weeks and months later. I'm not angry, but I feel like I need to say something—I'm just not sure. For example, my fiancé told me that my sister would be the type of person to end up in a bad spot or situation. I've known my sister much longer than he has. He's only known her for a couple of months. He doesn't know her as I do, and she would never be in that type of situation or get herself into one. I've been told that I have gotten defensive before and try to protect others' egos and the people who I love.

How do i enjoy my bday without thinking about food and my body.

Hi, I'm turning 21 (F), and I have ED and horrible BDD. This week has been very difficult. I've been in recovery for around 3-4 months, and I feel like I look different, and sometimes the food noises get louder. I don't know why, but this week has been a challenge. I'm trying so hard not to think about how my body looks and feels, but nothing seems to work.

With the ED and BDD voices getting louder, my birthday week, a long to-do list, PLUS planning my wedding... it's all just too much.

I think what makes it worse is that next week is my menstrual cycle, so i might just he very hormonal. But my hormones have been wacked due to a lot of food restrictions, and then trying to eat more.

I need someone to give me advice. I want to enjoy this week.

So many negative thoughts are flooding my mind.

(please be nice)

Is this too much bread/carbs?

I eat a bagel in the morning, and I was thinking about having a chicken sandwich for lunch. But I got overwhelmed and started overthinking about the carbs.

My brain gets really distorted when it comes to food. I am in an eating disorder recovery program. I talked about this with my doctor, and we discussed it some more, but by the end of the session, I didn't get a clear answer.

I've grown up being told that two pieces of bread are the right amount or limit.

I need a true and honest answer;

is it too much carbs/bread to have a bagel in the morning and a chicken sandwich (from home)?

I miss my fiancé

I feel bad for my fiancé; he has been so overwhelmed with everything right now—work, wedding planning, apartment searching, and prepping to go back to school. Yesterday was the last straw that broke the camel's back. He was being very snappy and sarcastic to me as we were planning our wedding. I don't blame him though, because I would do the same if I were stressed and overwhelmed. He knew that you were being a tad rude and apologized. He has gone downhill so fast in the last couple of days. I have taken on most of the wedding responsibilities to try to lighten his load, and it seems to be working, but he's still not the same as before. Every time I see him, it's nothing but dread on his face. And it almost seems he's not totally there. We can't really enjoy each other's presence. I'm scared to ask questions about the wedding and ask for some advice. It's not that he's not excited about the wedding or getting married to each other; it's just a lot more than he thought. I wish I could take all the worry and dread from him. I have been praying nonstop. I want to hold him and say everything is going to be ok, it will all be over, onc day at a time.

I miss my fiancé.

I miss having fun with him.

I miss him having fun.

I miss his smile.

I miss his dumb, dorky jokes.

I miss his hugs and kisses.

I miss my love.

I hate to admit it, but I feel he is becoming a stranger. I still love him very much. And he loves me very much.
