I'm defensive because you guys are all downvoting me with silence or shitty points while being absurdly smug (though tbf the last one doesn't apply to you nearly as much)

I am a little more aggressive than I need to be with you specifically probably, but that is because all the other replies have been obnoxious dumb bullshit. Secondly, your reply was still shitty. You misread and didn't really pay attention to what I said.

Then you tried to call me out and argue with me over that misunderstanding, and instead of being like "oops my bad I see what you mean" you tried to shift the blame onto me and the way I said it. But "This girl didn't do the contacts because the directors suck, and this other guy was probably also because hes a smug prick who doesn't care about art" is a sentence criticizing Peter Dinklage for the type of person he is, and implying he didn't care that the story, characters, and art would be superior with the contacts he was wearing, because it was uncomfortable for him.

Making the distinction at all was already unnecessary and a slightly supporting point to the fact that hes like, less of a smug prick who doesnt care about art at best, not even that he did give a shit. And when I told you I already knew that, you went "Ok. but you said it wrong, and at least he tried!" which I didn't say it wrong.

My sentence applied to my point perfectly fine, you just misinterpreted it. I'm not saying its impossible to misinterpret it, I'm sure somebody else could read the sentence and make the same mistake, but it is a mistake. Just because I'm not as clear as I could possibly be with a sentence doesn't mean its on me when you fail to pick up on subtext for a meaning most people understand.
