This clip was too perfect for this
Not sure how it took me so long to think to do this. I might find it funnier than I should though but it was too perfect for me to not add the snapcube line over it.

How did this hit? There isn't a hitbox behind Volcano Kick. Dark Samus is also too far to just be the position shuffling or whatever is called that typically leads to stuff that looks like this.
I don't know why but something about this doing this just feels so satisfying. It's also a ton of fun to do and can also be used for practice against human players (which did actually prove useful on multiple occasions) since some of these will typically catch a person off gurad.
Also because people are gonna ask if I don't say it, yes I've done it against real people too and it does feel better (in fact my all-time best clip against another human player online, not a CPU)
Making contact with Lugia kills 50% sooner than Moltres does and it's one of the most random "superpowered" hitboxes in the game. Sure it's MUCH harder to land a hit with Lugia's body because it's only there for a very short period of time but to me it doesn't make sense. Why it deals electrical damage is beyond me. Also if you are directly above him once he starts going into the background it's an instakill. I would think the lanch powers would be swapped between the 2 considering their intended functions. Not sure if there's a reason behind this or not or if it's just Smash Bros. being weird as usual.
All I know about their cannon is that Lugia is the more powerful of the 2 and that you can touch Lugia and not get hurt where as (correct me if I'm wrong) touching Moltres at all would basically just cause you to combust and die on the spot since his whole body is perpetually on fire.
This is probably my best uno reverse clip. My opponent foes for a spike finisher but (thanks to Dedede's super armor) instead they are the one who gets spiked and killed. The clips tend to be rare but are pretty funny. I'm not counting a reflected projectile or a plain counter (since that's their normal intention) but I do count a countered counter or a double reflected projectile. I'm interested to see what you guys got.
This is the second test run of Trimet's RDC cars TMTX 1702 & TMTX 1711. As far as I'm aware there is going to be one final test run before they reenter service. Only me and 2 other railfans caught this test run.
Last time the RDCs were in service was about 3 years ago from what I was told. Currently they are shooting for mid to late August to get them back in service. I was also told TMTX 2007 & 2011 are waiting on parts currently and are short staffed due to a lot of the mechanics currently being on vacation. 2011 also hasn't even fully been repainted yet so I doubt either 2011 or 2007 will enter service until that's done.
I know this is a legitamate strat but it's annoyingly cheap and mashing out frequently causes a misinput because of this game's obnoxiously long buffer window causing me to die anyways. Something about punishing this annoying as fuck thing is just so satisfying. Kirby is probably the one with the most annoying one too as Dedede fairly commonly dies in the process & K. Rool at least takes some skill to pull off. Doing it with Kirby is just braindead. Leave this shit for spirit mode.
I always enjoy going for dumb stuff which Ganondorf is perfect for. Annoyingly (at least to me) my GSP rose to the point where I couldn't easily avoid the competitive rulesets which is why there's so many matches with those rulesets compared to what I normally play. Honestly though I don't know how I hit some of these clips tbh. Also any lag in the video isn't a rendering error or anything, it's actual lag from the game's online.
Clips 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, & 19 use the casual ruleset while 4, 5, 7, 8, 12*, 13, 14, 15, 18*, & 20 use the competitive ruleset.
Just... why..?
Why in the actual fuck am I punished for your fuckass broken online service that sucks and is designed horribly when I didn't do anything wrong? If you're gonna punish both characters don't make the penalty so fucking long. Usually it's over 1:30 for me because I just get put with either the biggest pussies or someone who's internet is less functional than an uncharged Rollout and it disconnects. Fuck you whoever came up with this idea and fuck you rage quitters for causing the disconnect.
Anyone have any clips of anything more sad or rude than this?
Every goddamn time I get into a casual rule set the connection is so laggy it' borderline unplayable. This doesn't even take into account the massive input delay the online mode also has screwing up anything I try. Nintendo it was so good in Smash 4, why'd you have to fuck it up SO much? It completely ruins that part of the game.
When Wario explodes from eating an explosive he actually has a hitbox unlike Kirby & Dedede who don't and just take damage and get stunned
If you pay close attention the unnecessary (and difficult) stage spike was untechable. I don't care that there were far better options I could've used like down air, this was far cooler imo
This is just a bunch of clips of random stupid things that happened while I was practicing and testing in this fight yesterday.
Like Kamikazee, this trick kills both of us but unlike Kamikazee, the opponent dies first. Both Kamikazee and this Flame Blast + motion sensor bomb combo do about the same amount of damage and will (typically) kill both the user and the victim just like Kamikazee which is why I'm comparing them. Obviously this works with more than just Mega Man and should work with anyone unless the move is a multihit (being too weak) or the move can't hit the bomb and opponent on the same frame (causing the hitstun quirk to fail)
What happened here is an odd quirk with the game where Fierce Deity is hit by both the bomb and Flame Blast on the same frame, the hitstun from the Flame Blast takes priority over the bomb's. As I am taking the normally increased hitstun from the bomb, it causes me to stay in place for a breif moment before getting launched unlike Link. It might be hard to tell but I am actually also taking far more knockback than Link but thanks to the bomb's extra hitstun he dies first. Who would think that such a niche & odd interaction would ACTUALLY have legitamate applications for use in a standard battle. I guess even the most miniscule things can find use somewhere in the game.
Even though this almost guarantees that Little Mac dies it's still something he can do for some nasty kills.
The fact that this actually dealt the killing blow too is just priceless.
