What a beauty!

Came across this monster on my walk this morning. She was gorgeous! (Southern Florida)

Help, my new monstera is “leaking”

I purchased this monstera at my Trader Joe’s on Monday and noticed these rivulets of “water” on most of the leaves. I just assumed that the plant had been recently watered in the store. Fast forward to today (Friday) and noticed these rivulets, again. They feel like water and are not sticky. I don’t see any pest activity anywhere. Can anyone lend some insight into A) what’s causing them? B) Should I be concerned? C) Should I do anything about them?

For context, I live in South Florida, the plant is indoors, in a south facing shaded (covered patio) window with pretty bright indirect light.

Atlantis has gone downhill

I’ve been coming to Atlantis for years, and this was the first trip where it genuinely felt like the resort is starting to slip.
The property is still beautiful, but there seems to be a growing gap between the premium prices and the day-to-day guest experience. There have been some cosmetic updates, but even the Royal Towers restrooms that have been renovated are already showing signs of wear. More frustrating was how often they were out of paper towels, which made it seem like routine checks just weren’t happening.
The biggest disappointment was the Rapids River on July 10. It was obvious the staff working the attraction were overwhelmed. One of the tube conveyor belts was down, so tubes kept piling up out of circulation while guests scrambled to grab the few that were available. At the same time, I noticed staff in less busy areas standing around talking while the busiest sections struggled to keep up. It felt less like the employees didn’t care and more like there wasn’t enough management oversight to move people where they were actually needed.
We also ate at Carmine’s, and it wasn’t the experience I remembered. We couldn’t get a reservation for three, only two, yet were seated at a table for four anyway. The famous Carmine’s Salad has definitely changed. It was missing the generous portions of salami, mozzarella, and olives that made it so good in the past. The chicken cutlet was still excellent, but service suffered because our server appeared to be juggling our table along with a party of at least ten guests. Again, it seemed more like a staffing and management issue than an employee issue.
I’m not trying to bash Atlantis because I genuinely love the resort and want to keep coming back. That’s why this was disappointing. It feels like the focus has shifted toward renovations and expansion while basic maintenance, staffing, and operational management have been neglected.
Has anyone else noticed a decline recently, or did we just happen to catch them on an off week?

FPL “insurance”?

I’m new to FPL and just received a letter offering “Exterior Electrical Coverage or Exterior Water Service Lime Plus Coverage” for $3.74/month. Initially, it smells like a scam or worse yet another “home warranty/insurance” scenario that has so many exceptions that it turns out to be a useless service.

So my questions are: Is this legit? Has anyone had any experience with it, good or bad? Is it worth it as my home was built in the 1960’s and we’ve seen several neighbors have to replace their original cast iron water main?

Sunrise Airways question

Recently Sunrise Airways started flying out of Fort Lauderdale International (FLL) to Nassau.
Has anyone taken this route with them? What was your experience. I typically fly this route a couple of times a month with Jet Blue but Sunrise is offering better prices. I've found very little online other than their a Haitian airline and typically service other Caribbean destinations and they are new to this airport and route.
