I have a personal lines license . What is my commission potential at 40 policies avg per month ? Ballpark. I am selling 40-65 policies on average for 3 years with another firm for $23 per hour. And full benefits w matching 401k.

I’m in Texas , have my P&C license earning $55k annually and looking for a better paying job. Any recommendations is appreciated.
Been with the company in Texas selling 40/45 policies per month. I don’t get commission but get an annual bonus of my $48k salary. The bonus is about $8k before taxes bringing my salary to $56k . I WFH, and all calls are incoming. No cold calls . Pay is good but I see all these other Agencies or insurance companies paying ranges from $70k- $125k I’m interested to know if these are actual numbers ? What companies have the better pay structure?
