I live in Konankunte, there is a frequent nuisance of crackers bursting at odd hours, at least once or twice a week. Sometimes as early as 4-5 am and many times mostly after 11 pm till 1 am. My sleep has gone for toss many times. Keeping windows open during this summer is not helping either. Anyone else facing this in other localities? How do you cope?
