There's a neighbor who has taken my cat (personal pet) hostage for months in miserable condition, she was spotted inside the neighbor's apartment on 13th of june and i made a video and when i tried to politely ask them to return her they abused us (me and my mother) and gone to the police to launch an complaint against us on fabricated allegations I did hire a lawyer last month but he was unable to either squash the complaint or recover my cat, if someone needs proof i can provide them with case file and my cat's videos of her whole life.

I have already paid about 40k to the previous lawyer who was only able to attain a protection order against the other party who had been continuously harassing us, my original complaint is still at the PS and also they might've relocated my cats (Yeah they've taken another one while i wasn't at home)

Help me hire a new lawyer or pay one to recover my cat and clear my name at the PS.

I'm been a victim of a false police complaint from a family who has taken my cat hostage.

I'm a jobless person and a animal rescuer who has been nominated in a complaint for hatak-e-izzat and several other charges (the other party playing the women card), the matter started for my 11yo cat who had been missing for the last 4-5 months and was spotted inside their apartment on 13th june, i have the video evidence of my cat inside their house aswell as videos of the cat from the time when she was a kitten (2015) to 11yo (2026), upon asking them to return my cat they've filled a complaint against me and the local PS has been really biased.

We had already filled a case which is disposed at sessions court but the lawyer is unable to attain recovery of my cat and neither did something about the original complaint at the local PS.

I have the complete file and evidence please if someone can help me out please do, I don't have funds left to pay the lawyer anymore.

My 11yo cat Tingu has been missing for 4 months now, I've search for her everywhere but she was no-where to be found, i put posters everywhere and asked every single neighbor and i stopped the search a month back but few days ago i spotted her inside the apartment of my neighbor, i've tried to complain to police they wouldn't listen at all, then i contacted a wildlife officer who came but the neighbors wouldn't open the door for an hour then they opened and started abusing both me and the officer then the officer went inside but they wouldn't let them search properly and out of 4 rooms they only allowed to be search in 2, i cannot spot her anymore i'm afraid they might've relocated her is there any legal way to get her back? A lawyer is telling me that we cannot press charges based on a video but i've all the proof of her ownership aswell as every video of her since 2015 and even a blind-man could see its the same cat.

One video is of inside the neighbor's home and one is few days before she went missing, if someone can upscale the neighbor's video using a good upscaler it would be much appreciated, i don't have a fancy home but she was happy here and i think they're torturing her they're keeping her without even a single fan,bedding or even a light, she looked depressed and wouldn't move at all.
