Electrolyte/ Protein recs?

Hi! Looking for recommendations for electrolyte powders and proteins! Please share your favorites!

I like LMNT and Ultima, but hate liquid IV. I am considering Javvy for their clear protein refreshers and protein coffee. Any experience with these?

I don’t like owyn or just ingredients or clean simple eats. They taste chalky and have a weird after taste. I like Fairlife and nurri is pretty good, but not a favorite.

Any suggestions?

Received frozen from the food bank

Received this Friday and put in the fridge until cooking it just now. I cut it open and almost all slices have this large chunk missing. Is it safe?

High Protein Low Cal Snack

Found these at Kroger today for $2.99! 130 calories and 21 grams of protein per serving. They remind me of croutons- 2 servings in a bag ($1.49 for 21 grams). I’ll share the nutrition info in the comments.

Taco soup from cans- super quick!

I was looking for a quick dinner tonight and made “taco soup”. Took 10 minutes from start to finish.

1 can any chili
1 can tomatoes (diced, crushed, whatever you got)
1-2 TBSP tomato paste (if you have it)
1 can beans (I used black beans)
1 can of corn
1 can green chilies (optional, but amazing)
1-2 TBSP taco seasoning

Add all ingredients to a pot and cook until warmed. Make sure to drain your corn and drain/rinse beans!

You can top with lime, sour cream, cilantro, avocados, chips, or cheese! I made mine with cornbread.

Lowering dosage

I have been taking 5mg (22 units) for my last three shots but have not had ANY appetite and struggled to eat much of anything. I am supposed to take a 5mg shot tonight.
I emailed and called my doctors office however haven’t heard back.

My question is- can I safely take 16 units instead of 22 tonight or should I wait until tomorrow and try to reach my doctor again?

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this!
