I lve recently discovered a passion for writing and i have all these great ideas for fantasy worlds with some interesting themes to explore within them. But I know nothing about writing and would like to know from the experts where should I start in teying to develop this skill. Ill really love to get deep into this hobby even if i never become a rich and famous writer as long as I get to write great stories.
I dont know why but back in 2021 when I completed my GED Program I actually never got my Official diploma or transcript say I passed. I went over to the college that offers the program and they just handed me a bunch if copies of it. I always thought that was sufficient for everytime time I might have to present it for work but now im in a situation where the job ive been wanting for so long has accepted me and the only hing stopping me from actually getting started is the fact that I dont have my official transcript and diploma for my GED. I was able to order a duplicate but that wont come in on time before the deadline and im going to miss out on this opportunity without it. Interestingly though I also I also received a diploma stating that I have completed the high-school I applied for back in 2016 I never even stepped foot in that school, my parents thought it better for me to go to Gambia for 4 years. So now im considering trying to use the high-school diploma to get this job hoping that they will just need that and won't have to contact the school or anything. What do you guys think?
I've been wanting to delve more into authors who aren't very well known like barely at all and who have proven they can write great stories. I would like some recommendations for stories if you guys don't mind sharing some with me. Im coming from stories like things by Brandon Sanderson or Manga like Re zero or One piece.Mostly action fantasy and mystery. So yea those are more what im interested in but I wouldn't mind other genres too.

So i believe its a French film, the woman has lost her ability to orgasm since as a kid she saw what she interpreted to be an angel, had a strong orgasm, and that was that, she could never orgasm again. She desperately explore different ways to see if she could orgasm but she keeps failing. I remember a specific scene where she has a man who seems specifically knows how to make people hurt the most basically beat her with whips and stuff trying see if BDSM is how she will finally achieve sexual satisfaction which ofcourse also fails. I watched this initially as a gooner and now I seek to watch it as someone who has found a passion for analyzing stories and really searching for the not so straightforward themes the writers tries to convey. This is especially fun to do with stories that are on the more odd or unusual side of things
