What do I have here?

I believe this is a ROF MINT, but there's no specification other than "philodendron" on the tag and couldn't find anything online. What do you guys think this is?

Expired medication.

I went through a depressive period for a few months, but now I am ready to start my medication again.

I purchased a three-dose bundle through Brello last year but only ended up taking one. I just checked the vials and they expired in March of this year.

I am ready to take care of myself again, but unfortunately, I don’t have the money to buy new doses. Can I still use these even though they are expired?
Does anyone know if Brello would work with me and get me new medication’s because of this depressive period?

What could possibly be the cause for the leaves to look like that? It also seems like some leaves are wrinkly and with some yellow dots/spots... I never had this happen before, and google says it's a virus (the bad one, mosaic virus).
Last photo is of a new leaf, which seems normal for now...
Edit: checked for thrips and spider mites, nothing found!

Any help is appreciated! TIA!
