I have been with my girl for 1 year and 1 month. Our relationship started pretty good and we had an amazing connection since we were friends. We had had our ups and downs like every relationship, but I don’t think I deserve what is happening right now. She met me when I was skinnier, way more her type. I have to admit I gained almost 40 lbs going from 165 to 201 pounds. I don’t know why, I just like to think that I feel so loved and cared for, that I stopped caring how I looked since I had the girl of my dreams. She is a professional tennis player so even though we both are foodies and like to go out a lot, she kept in shape while I completely transformed for the worse. This didn’t seem like an issue but while I kept gaining weight, I could notice that our intimacy was no longer the same. It was like when we started to kiss she would be turn on and then just nothing, which confused me a lot. Recently we had some big fights where some hurtful things were said. And yesterday, while we were together she told me she does not feel anything when I kiss her, or when we do other related stuff, yet she still loves me and that she does not know that she is just no longer feeling the same with our relationship or if it is just a normal thing after 1 year of relationship. I really don’t want to lose her, and I have already started my weight loss journey going from 205 to 193, because I know looks do matter and I wanna be in my best shape for me and for her, but I have to say that im really hurt by the things she said and I don’t know if it has something to be with my weight or if she just stopped loving me, because how can she tell me she loves me when she doesnt even feel anything when I kiss her?
