Early 1932-1934
Jello 1935-1941
Grape nuts/war time 1942-1945
Early Lucky strick 1946-1952
Later Lucky stick/ the finale years 1953-1955
Me personally it goes Jello, early Lucky, wartime, later Lucky, early years

Maybe I missed something while watching but I'm confused...at the end when M. Emmett Walsh is interrogating that dude about the ring and MEW is telling the little black boy to confirm the ring or whatever the boy does then Charles and Edwards run off after him but the boy hangs back with MEW ands like "I don't remember no ring" or something and MEWs likes " you did fine" (here's what's confusing me) ... does this imply that big White dude did not kill Edwards boy or what? And MEW is covering it up or does MEW knows for a fact it's The dude however can't actually prove it and this is his way of getting justice?
What does it say about France and her people that Nellie is beloved over there?
Look the black and white Andy Griffith show episodes are some of the greatest television in the history of television but they literally run 6 days a week twice a day I know the color ones aren't AS good but that doesn't mean they are bad (they aren't) infact their are some great episodes plus they have Howard. Metv should 100% add them to the line up or at least add them to the summer line up
In column one you're an A list celebrity who for 25 years rank among one of the greatest actors in the world with one successful movie after another. You got fame money women/men ...et cetera you get it after these years you and your movies are forgotten. In column two you are a cult celebrity where your movies don't suck but only a small percentage of the world knows you or your movies however you and your movies are remembered for hundreds of years after your death... but only by a small percentage of people
I was not going to fix this mistake but the more I think about it without doing so it short of gives options one a huge advantage which isn't really fun.. originally I meant to say that you die after these 25 years so no you don't get to retire and live the life of Reilly
Alright so obviously everyone knows Mel Blanc June Foray Bea Benaderet Arthur Q Bryant Stan Freberg but who are some of the less known voice actors of the golden age that deserve more appreciation?
For one I say Kent Rogers with his most famous role probably originally being beaky buzzard Henry hawk or junior bear (for the Looney tunes just to be clear) I think the most impressive thing he did over there was 1941 Hollywood steps out where which he voiced nearly every male celebrity parody dead on celebrities such as Groucho Marx Peter lorre James Stewart James Cagney Mickey Rooney Henry Fonda Edward g Robinson bing Crosby Clark gable and others
First I want to say it's absolutely criminal that the 1950s dragnet is missing roughly 200 of it's episodes. I Hope something eventually gets done And one day we get to see these lost episodes... ANY ROAD
What dragnet do you prefer?
Original?
Color?
Radio?
Movie about a socially challenged loner/loser struggling to get a gf. This movie should hit close to home for most men out there
Something about this timeline grabs me. History. fashion. movies. radio. music. whatever. Who are some YouTubers that touch on any of these decades?
Is there a list that has all public domain movies and or television shows? What's the best site?
Anybody remember new York Johnny's? What ever happened to him? He was so popular for several years then disappeared. I could really go for one of his hotdogs
I've been "no poo" for years now and it's been great for my hair but it's time we come up with a new name instead of no POO. Seriously.
Let's come up with suggestions
Come up with your own hypothetical television schedule. Remember this is all for fun so don't take it too serious.
Alright instead of the normal thing metv does theme days. For example
Monday will be Western day
Tuesday will be science fiction/ fantasy adventure
Wednesday will be suspense/horror
Thursday will be classics (I'm talking pre 1960s stuff like our gang laurel and hardy Three stooges)
Friday Urban comedy (Dick Van Dyke Happy days three's company for example)
Saturday rural comedy (Beverly Hillbillies Gilligan's Island Andy Griffith for example)
Sunday miscellaneous/movie night/ nature
Any original programming (Svengoolie, toon in with me, collectors call will remain in it's original spot
This way we get more shows and instead of burning through a series super fast(eg mash showing 3 times a week for five days it'll be shown one day a week for more like one or two episodes)
