So I think I know the answer but always hoping for thoughts and feedback. I’ve been working out for about 2 years now at least 3 times a week. You can see my current plan and weight (in kg) in the post. Over the past few years I’ve lost about 15kg and currently at around 85kg with 20% bf.
I know my big problem is diet. Always telling myself I can eat healthy tomorrow or one bit of sweet thing can’t hurt and do it and ruin myself. When I post photos a lot of the time people can’t say they see the progress and I can’t either. I’ve gotten physically strong and sustained by energy and stamina but can’t see it whether that be from too much fat or not enough muscle.
Any thoughts. Feedback or advice is appreciated

This post is really sad for me to make. But I’ve been trying for years to stop eating like shit and it’s only gotten worse. I can’t stop eating sweet things and every time I crave it more and more. It’s so upsetting. A typical day where I wake up eat breakfast some times. Eat lunch and from there decide I can start the diet tomorrow. By the end of the day after a few snacks I’m so depressed. I just can’t seem to get in my head I need to start now.
Been working out for 3 years now at the moment focusing on the man squats, dead’s, bench and oh press with a few accessories. I’ve lots a bit of fat over the years and put on muscle but still not looking looking want to. I think at the end of the day I still eat like shit. Too much sugar and too many calories. I think this is what is making me look like this but I can’t improve.
Any advice for this and on my pics appreciated.

I've been working professionally as a videographer for several years now, primarily commercial work, drone footage, branded content, and video production through my own media company. I shoot a lot of varied content across different locations and scenarios, and I've been thinking it might be worth building out a stock/library footage side to the business.
I'm looking at platforms like Getty, Pond5, and Shutterstock, but I'm still getting my head around how the whole thing works from a contributor standpoint.
In terms of content, I'm torn between two directions: sports footage (action, movement, high-energy stuff) or iconic landmarks and travel locations that have consistent search demand.
A few things I'd love to get input on from people who've actually done this:
I run a small videography and media marketing agency in Australia. We create cinematic video content for hospitality and tourism businesses, think wineries, resorts, restaurants and venues. My role is primarily pre production and video, I have someone else handle the marketing and ad management side for clients.
The reason I am looking is I want to improve my own organic social content and use that to inform better ad creative. Basically learn from what is already working so I can apply those ideas to my own videos and eventually my own ads.
The problem is every paid ads library tool I have tried is garbage. The search filters are useless, the results are flooded with dropshipping and low quality content, and finding anything remotely relevant to high production hospitality or tourism videography feels impossible.
Trying to find a range of things, mainly how videographers sucessfully market themselves with organic ads (both video and images)
Where do people actually go to find quality reference ads in this space? Is there a library, a community, a creator you follow, anything that surfaces real examples of cinematic high performing ads rather than just noise?
