How to counter cheesey ganks as a control mage

As someone who plays champs like orianna, hwei, ect my laning is usually fine but the second I'm playing against junglers like nocturne, shaco, or eve it feels like I can never win lane. Like jungle tracking feels like it barely works when nocturne can be on blue buff and still be nearby enough to punish me at quick notice, or eve and shaco will sacrifice tempo and sit in a bush for 20 seconds when their timers are up. Is this a draft or skill issue?

I practice making large portions in case I'm loved one day. Pork with no beans because they already took that away from me

Whenever I see a couple I notice how the guy is always better than me in almost every physical quality. Feels like self improvement is cope, going from a 2 to a 4 doesn't matter if you're still a 4. Beans and pork variation because that's the only thing they can't take from me

Is it worth it to make a whole new build?

I've noticed my rtx 3060 and ryzen 5 3600 slowing down recently. I'm considering upgrading both but considering how expensive it is and the fact that I only have 16gb of ram, I'm leaning towards making a whole new build. With current prices what parts should I look at for a upper mid tier build and should I swap stuff out or start from scratch?

How to turn hard work into passive income?

I'm 20 years old going to be home from college working part time, so I'll have plenty of time to pursue side hustles. I will have ample time to put towards any side hustle. I'm technologically literate, have a car, and have small amounts of money to start up side hustles from my part time job. My goal is to put in the work over the summer and have a low maintenance/passive income flow by the end of August. Realistically I would be happy even making just a few hundred a month.

M20, I'm 5'9 140lbs ~16% bodyfat. I'm looking for a weekly routine to help me properly build muscle and get bigger. I've been watching my intake and health related to diet rigorously lately, and have been going to the gym for a minute now. However it is not consistent and I use my friends workouts, I'm looking for something that will show me results if I stick to it!
