How would you improve this look? I’ve been doing it the same for years. Do you think my foundation base is the wrong shade? I’ve been wearing the same Charlotte Tilbury color for years now but now that I don’t tan anymore I feel like I either look a little red or off.

I can’t get over the feeling of reading The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern for the first time. While what makes it so special is it’s unique atmosphere, I still want to try and recapture the feeling..an autumnal vibe, a magical circus/carnival or similarly enchanting setting, beautiful, immersive prose, adult tone and characters..
What book gave you that same feeling of stepping into another world like The Night Circus?
It smells like caramel popcorn, that’s all I got unfortunately. Nothing milky or creamy to my nose, it’s like an intense version of Sol de Janeiro 62. Some people were thinking it would be similar to Bianco Latte because of the notes, but it’s nothing alike to me.
Anyone else tried it?

Your Devotion - Dolce & Gabbana: The only summer perfume I’ve ever really loved. It creates the most delectable scent bubble.
Killian Princess - Only wear when it’s a rainy day or during Fall and Winter. It’s just so cozy and sweet.
Fleur Narcotique- So lovely, so elegant. A more gentle Valaya if you are familiar with the DNA. Like juicy flower petals. The most angelic perfume I have.
Vanilla Combo: Bare Sueded Vanilla Victoria’s Secret & Athena Club Golden Vanilla. I’ve sampled so many vanilla’s.. designer, niche.. and this is the best.
Bianco Latte - the perfume that got me into perfumes. A spicy, milky caramel vanilla. Another compliment getter, and creates a the perfect scent bubble. Only 1-2 sprays needed. So it lasts years!
Athena Maison Alhambra - a soft Burberry goddess dupe. I don’t wear it often, but when I do I feel so sultry and pretty.
Kayali Musk Matcha. A very realistic cozy oat milk matcha. The longevity is not good, but it does sit nicely on the skin and I do reach for it often.
Soleil Blanc Tom Ford - used to be my favorite summer perfume… but I had the best and worse summer of my life wearing it, and now I avoid it. But spray it every once in awhile for nostalgia.
Gisou Honey Dew mist - just purchased but wow this is stunning! Not too sweet, and LASTS like crazy.
I’m leaning towards the brunette, I was blonde for so many years and thinking a natural color might be better.
I’ve been on the hunt for a daily musky fragrance to wear to work, I’ve just had little luck. I want something cozy, musky, slightly feminine(not peppery or soapy).
Ones I’ve tried and didn’t like:

White Suede Tom Ford
Blanche Byredo
Musk 12 Kayali (too soapy)
Angel Dust Fugazzi
Commodity (the whole line)
Phlur Missing Person and Soft Spot
The only musky fragrance I’ve enjoyed is Diptyque L’eau Papier, and before I buy it I want to sample a few more. I would love to buy from a niche line, but don’t know that world too well! Open budget!
