I have graduated in 2023 from a T1 clg. I see people of my college, my peers, with same degree switch many times and get unbelievable packages. When I ask them, they simply start handing out barnums like “dont worry you shall also get it soon” or “I don’t know the recruiter always reaches me out” or “I just applied and got lucky” but I am stuck at that same job with little to no hike for years..
That is not just luck, but a strategy that people are not willing to put in public.
Here’s what I do -:

1. apply on linkedin and naukri
2. frequently update resume and try to grade it as higher on ATS as possible
3. ask referrals whenever I can
4. Apply directly on recent roles
5. Try to shout AI AI AI everywhere in resume and linkedin and everywhere

Getting point black nothing man, 3 years and not a single interview.. what is the cheat code? how is everyone cracking so many companies?
