$800 switcher promo

This is an odd one and I can't find any documentation to answer my question.

I used the $800 switcher offer last year when it first rolled out around March. I moved to Xfinity this January and I'm wanting to go back to AT&T.

Would I be able to take advantage of the $800 promo again?

Panel gaps

This is my 2024 Wrangler. The interior dash has an uneven gap where the top and bottom meet.

How common is this? I'm sure Jeep would say its within spec unfortunately.

Garage Door Opener Hack Job

I moved into a new construction home without a garage door opener. I found a highly rated installer on Fb Marketplace, but after the quality of the install job I've come to believe Fb ratings are fake or people are blind.

https://imgur.com/a/ZHq5wVM - one of the bolts that did not hit a joist/stud

This is how the rail holding the opener was installed. The lag bolts that hit the studs are at a weird angle. Now I'm concerned the joists with the lag bolts might be structurally compromised due to this. I highly doubt they're fully centered.

More background info, right above my garage is the master bedroom so there is some weight to those joists.

The opener is on surprisingly solid, I've tried shaking it and I can't get it to move. Should I cut the drywall and inspect the joists or just move on with life?

Issues with outdoor gen 3 camera

My outdoor camera recently stopped communicating. I contacted Vivint and they had me go through the troubleshooting steps.

Reset the wifi bridge

Try to re-connect via the panel via the installer menu I assume?

Ended up deleting the camera from my panel, now I'm unable to re-add it. I've pressed the reset button on the camera for 15 up to 30 seconds with no response.

When I reset the wifi bridge, the camera light stays red. It's been red since this issue started which leads me to believe maybe the camera isn't receiving any power?

Any ideas y'all? I have a Vivint tech coming out in a few days, but I'd like to fix this myself and sooner if possible.

PSVR 2 trade in

Online it shows a trade in value for PSVR2, however in store no one will take it. Does Gamestop not take PSVRs or is it certain stores?

Is this sound normal?

My condenser unit fan is making this noise.

I've checked for obstructions or lose panels - everything checks out. If I press on the unit the sound will go away, which makes me think perhaps the fan has a balance issue?

Gen 3 outdoor camera

I'm having an odd issue with my new Gen 3 camera.

Deter mode works, but about half of the time the "whistle" or if I speak out of the camera the speaker sounds static-y or robotic.

I'm trying to figure out of this is a network/software issue or hardware. Given it doesn't happen all of the time, I'm assuming it's a network or software issue.

Maybe I'm being paranoid?

My home is a year and a half old. It's a 2 story with a single condenser and a damper system in the attic.

I recently upgraded thermostats, and I noticed the humidity is on the higher end for upstairs. 59-61% most of the time. I bought a hygrometer off Amazon to check the thermostats, and it was almost always in-line with the thermostat upstairs.

My fan is set to "auto"

I went upstairs and one of the damper valves looks like its melted/has a leak. Could this be an issue?
