Just joined Rift for tirzepatide order and honestly the process has been super easy so far.

I already had an account from ordering glutathione before so I just messaged the doctor with a question. I wasn't expecting a reply at like 10 PM CST but he answered 😅. Put in my order it got approved in like 5 minutes and was sent to the pharmacy.

I already work with other doctors so I don't really need a lot of 1 on 1 but I did like that he asked if my current provider knew about it and was okay with it.

I also have that anxiety where I check everything like 3 times before I hit submit 😂 so I actually loved the little "attention" pages before payment. They show exactly what you're ordering and the shipping info which made me feel a lot better.

My friend ordered Friday and had the same experience. Now we're both just waiting on our tirzepatide lol.

so im kinda at a loss lol

ive already been fitted at fleet feet and ive tried the shoes they recommended. ive also already tried different lacing techniques and it didnt really change anything

heres what ive tried

novablast 5 - probably my favorite shoe but ive had my toes go numb a at the end of the runs mostly at 2.5 or 3 miles

superblast 2 - toes went numb too right at the start of runs

fuelcell rebel v4 - i actually loved these the most they felt even better than the novablasts but around .9 miles my right toes started going numb then my left foot started too. i stopped running walked home and even after i sat down they were still numb for a little while before they started going away

adizero evo sl - no toe numbness at all but after one run my ankle started hurting so i quit wearing them before i made it worse

i wear features socks so i dont think its my socks

at this point idk what else to try. different shoe? wider shoe? is there something im missing? has anyone else dealt with this and figured out what the problem was?

i really wanted to love the rebels because they felt amazing until my feet started going numb 😭

Hit a new 5K PR: 44:12! 🎉

I've only been running for about 7 months, and when I started I was doing 50-minute run/walk 5Ks. I honestly never thought I'd get to this point so I'm pretty excited.

This was the first race where I felt strong the whole time and I actually finished feeling like I had more left instead of just trying to survive. I also wore the Asics Novablast 5 wnd I think they've officially become my race-day shoes.

Now I'm wondering where to go from here. For those of you who started around the mid-40 minute range and eventually got into the 30s (or faster), what helped the most?

Was it just running more easy miles? Speed work? Strength training? Something else?

And what's something you wish you knew after your first big PR? I'd love to hear what worked for you.

I know this might get downvoted and thats fine lol. Just wanted to share my experience because I know im not the only one.

I was on Hallandale for about 4-5 months and worked my way up from 2.5mg all the way to 6.5mg. I maintained my weight and only lost about 3 lbs but I never really got the hunger suppression everyone talks about. I was running, exercising, tracking my food, drinking my water, getting my protein in and trying everything I could. Even my inflammation came back.

Before anyone says it was my habits, trust me I looked at everything. My sleep was bad the first month but after that it was good and I was still doing all the things.

This week I switched to Apothecary dropped my dose from 5mg to 3.5mg just to be safe. Im only 4 days in but my hunger suppression is back, cravings are down, dry mouth is back and even the sulfur burps are back lol. Those were all things I had when tirzepatide was working really well for me before.

Im not saying Hallandale is bad and im not saying Apothecary is better. Im just saying everybodys body is different. What works amazing for one person might not work for someone else.

And honestly nobody in these groups is an expert no matter how long they've been on tirzepatide. We are all just sharing our experiences. If Hallandale works for you thats awesome. It just wasnt for me.

Dont be so quick to dismiss people when they say a pharmacy isnt working for them. Sometimes our bodies are just weird lol.

I ordered and was sent last monday. So I was wondering if anyone has a timeline on how long it took? My next titration is this Saturday I dont want to miss a injection.

I think i may have some left in the last vial i got but I just wanted to know.

This is a joke/humor post before anybody gets all butttt hurt and start with their negativity.

I tried hallendale 3 months i love it because I maintained my weight for 2 months and 3rd month I finally lost 3lbs.

Hate it because its the only pharmacy that I started shedding my hair even with all the supplements and diet ive been doing to avoid it.

Mind you ive been on my tirz journey for 1 years and never shed my hair

Does BEWL dr still prescribe and follow titration schedule for tirz?

Just wondering as another company paused the titration schedule for me and wants me to stay at a dose i dont want to stay at unless I medicalally need to go up.

They stated it was FDA law now that they cant prescribe higher doses
